I didnt realize how large of a store Lowes has grown into. Not only do they carry building supplies and the like, they carry almost anything you need or want to tackle just about anything at your house, from building, remodeling inside or outside your home and your lawn care and landscaping. Also they have everything you need to clean just about anything. They carry ZEP professional cleaning supplies. I was also able to find HANDI WIPES! Havent seen them in years and love them! Thanks Lowes!

My husband was looking for propane hoses and the adapters to made them fit our camper. My husband stated to me that Robert help him above and beyond. Robert helped him fine the correct hose and adapters and looked at our old hose to make sure it would fit. Please tell Robert thank you again for his kindness and helpfulness. We had an excellent experience here today (Sunday, July 18th). My husband and I had a number of questions about materials for an ongoing project. William answered our questions about the different options, helped us to choose the correct products, and led us to everything we needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciated his positive attitude.

Just bought a new home. Needed a lawnmower and washer machine. The Elisabethton Tennessee store didnt have what I wanted. But this location did so purchased both here. Then 2 days later my fridge dies. Went to Elisabethton store, they didnt have what I needed in stock. But the this location did!!! Chris V the head cashier took care of the situation in a professional, courteous and patient manner. He even got my new fridge to be delivered with the lawnmower and washer machine!! Great job Chris V!!

Typical Lowes. Bought 7 pieces of crown mouldings and have to take 2 of them back because of flaws. I went through all they had and picked out the best 7 but never noticed the flaws in the store.

Amazing store, great people, and if you need guidance on any product they will assist with you in all they learn of your needs. And fully stocked of the merchandise. I had to get a handle for my toilet and if course while I was in there I find some Clarence. So I came out with $65 of stuff instead of a $6 item. Lol

We do not shop at this location often because there are three other Lowe’s stores closer to our house. But, we were in Johnson City and needed to pick up some things to finish off a couple remodel jobs were are doing on our home. The store was busy. But we were able to get help locating the correct posts for our porch railing and stairs. This store has a larger variety of wooden stair runners, balusters and bannisters.

Had nothing but issues with this store.Returned a lawnmower, asked lady where a flat cart was & they were nothing but attitude.In the past when asking for assistance Ive had mixed results. When they pull ppl from the Elizabethton store theyre helpful & friendly but the ones that actually work at this place are awful.

Ordered flooring from this location. We receive a call asking how we like our flooring which we haven’t even received yet. We then receive a call telling us that they have received the flooring that we ordered. We called today to see if we can pick up the flooring and were told to let them know 30 minutes in advance, which we did so. We arrive at Lowe’s to get flooring and they can’t find it. Seem to be very disorganized at this location in Johnson City.

As always Lowes stores are highly visible, provide great products and efficiently laid-out. Biggest pet-peeve: Often male employees will spot a female shopper and RUN-For-The-Hills so to speak! (I.E.: Home Security System products.) Instead of inquiring IF she needs any assistance finding a product quickly. Additionally employees assigned to a specific dept. dont always know about the products carried. Thus unable to answer specific inquiries abt the products usage. [Can be resolved by implementing Product Knowledge & Application either held in-store/online homebased study program.] Being a home-improvement afficionado Lowes is one of my most favorite stores so Id like to suggest that corporate leadership consider offering either online-videobased or in-store hands-on Workshops to consumers like Home Depot once did.

This trip was to look for a couple of corner clamps to repair a drawer. Ive noticed that there isnt a lot of choices of clamps in general, beyond standard C clamps. There wasnt any thing that would work. However, a gentleman working in power tools took the time to talk to me about my project and brainstorm with me for other solutions. It really impressed me that he didnt assume I was shopping for a man nor did he mansplain. He listened & helped me find the right item to get my job completed.

Its Lowes so of course its going to be a pretty good place to go for anything home repair related. Plus they have extremely helpful and friendly staff. The only thing is that its so hard to find anything in that place. they should probably have people their just to show people where to go. But anytime I need home repair products or anything for any type of home projects I go to Lowes.

When I found someone to help me. He was very short spoken. He had a blue vest one. Ive had the same experience with him before. He said he would get someone to help me. Then he followed me to the plumbing fixtures. When I found what I thought I needed myself, he couldnt leave fast enough. Then the person who worked the copper fittings where I needed help showed up. He fwas short spoken also but did help me find the correct fitting. Ive had this kind of problems in the past from the workers in the plumbing area. Then when I went to check out there was no one working the cash register. The girl at self checkout advised me they started at 08:00. If I wanted to work for lowes I would apply, this is free labor you are getting.

While renovating out home, my experience has been that the employees are extremely annoyed when being asked any question at all. It took me asking someone FIVE different times for assistance getting a light fixture from the top shelf, rude customer service telephonically, it took three trips to get them to return a shower that was cracked on arrival, very difficult to work with. I am so unimpressed with the Johnson City location customer service.

I was surprised with the number of dogs in the store. These were obviously not service dogs or trained in any way by the behavior I saw-tugging on leashes, barking, crossing the aisle to get close to a stranger.The store itself was clean and well stocked. When I couldnt find what I was looking for, an associate was able to answer my questions quickly.

We came here yesterday and purchased a trailer, then, when it was time to leave with it, they wouldn’t let us have it, and they were completely rude to us. We ended up getting a refund. Jonah, Amy, Lisa, and Rhonda need to be trained in customer service. And thats the final word!

I needed five bags of concrete resurfacer. It was in stock so I was able to complete my project. I believe the almost $22 per 40 lb bag was too expensive but there were no other products to compete. Check out went well.

Went to get a Spray paint respirator for spray paint to protect from paint fallilng

Ive been shopping at this store for years. Yesterday, I bought a couple of 4x8 sheets of plywood. Didnt check them until I got home, then noticed that one sheet was shorter than the other. As in, almost 1 of length was cut off the end of the sheet. To make matters worse, one of the other edges was extremely damaged (chipped and gouged). The sheet of plywood was, in other words, unusable. Im really not even sure how a sheet of cut plywood was even allowed to be sold in the first place.I called the store, and was told that my only option was to bring the plywood back to the store for a refund or exchange. As a customer, it should not be my responsibility to fix a mistake that the store clearly made. That would be like a grocery store selling a half-empty gallon of milk!Ill be shopping at Home Depot from now on.

Bought a tiller on line none in stock, I received it will 2 broke wheels. Called the care line they said take it to closest lowes have them fix it, well called lowes and was told we dont fix items thst were ordered online. Lets just say after the run around and paying 340 dollars for it, I went and bought 2 new wheels from another store. I will never buy anything online with lowes, just not worth the Hassel and runaround

Going thru a heat wave with no air during the pandemic has been anything but what Id call a *good time.* We couldnt even find a fan anywhere, and Lowes had the ONLY a/c wed been able to find. The box was abit beat up but thank God it worked! Were grateful to the young guy that helped us get it down, and the lovely cheerful associate that checked us out & went over the return policy in the chance it didnt work. Sooo thankful!

I went to get locks for front and back doors. They had a large selection and got them quickly.

Compared to the north, I lived in Boston to staff is so much more friendly. Everyone has a smile there to help. The vibe of the place is not the same as the vibe from northern States. Would highly recommend. We bought a refrigerator washer and dryer and had no issues with it being installed. Again would highly recommend.

While we were shopping we needed help picking out a door and setting up the installation. The first associate we came across could not help us but he did find a person who could. The associates were very helpful and helped us resolve our problems and helped us set up the installation of our new door. Thank you Lowes for all your help.

Just went to purchase a new dishwasher. Elizabethton was sold out of the one we were getting. we went to Johnson City. We there for 20 minutes and no even offered to help us. We had to get someone who didn’t even work in that department. Needless to say they will be a last resort. Elizabethton was fast and very knowledgeable.

Came in for some small ratchet tools. Was never approached once by an employee (despite a few zipping by me that were too busy) that asked if I needed help (I did) and there was also nobody to be found anywhere near where I was shopping. Finally found what I needed after lots of searching. Ill only come back here if I absolutely have to and nobody else carries what Im looking for. You can find more attentive and present staff, as well as selection elsewhere.

I dont give five stars usually. Look at my reviews Ive given plenty of four and some other not so good. At first I was ready to give this was one star. We were moving down from Boston and after closing our house we were in town and we needed to get a refrigerator washer and dryer. very friendly staff helped us pick out the correct appliances which we still love. The problem that we ran into was everything was delivered except the washer. After the closing of the house thats when we bought the appliances. We were not moving down for another month. As I said before everything was delivered on time except for the washer and we had to coordinate with our builder to be there to accept it. And when we called they said we dont know where your washer is. We dont know when theyll be back in stock.it was at that point the store manager and some of the management stepped in and made everything right. They went in my opinion out of their way to fix a problem as well as keeping my wife happy which is important to me. Since then theyve been getting all my business between them and home Depot. We just moved into the house we have a lot of stuff to do. And every every visit has been super. Always someone there to help you. I never really had to look and look to find someone to help. I would highly recommend this Lowes. Always a friendly face never had a problem with finding something thats not in stock. What highly recommend

Paid almost $19,000 two months ago for a roof, siding, and windows. The roofers were terrible and took 2 weeks to complete. Then had to come back to fix all fascia. Then left the debris in our yard until we called to complain. They also tried to take 7 boxes of shingles we paid for with them. We paid for part of the roof under our porch to be roofed which is 24 feet long and half the width of the roof that they never did. STILL working on trying to get a refund for labor on that square footage. Noone seems to be able to tell me where the refund is. Still no siding or windows. The windows have been done and in the warehouse for weeks but noone has contacted us to install. This has been a nightmare!!!.
