Kiernan was so helpful, so wonderful and sweet! I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted but she picked out a beautiful cobalt blue one because she thought the color would be nice on me. I would have never picked it for myself but she saw something I didnt, and wow! I ended up buying it! Im so thankful for her help and expertise!

El and her team were so great to work with! I walked in with a couple ideas in mind, but unsure of where to start. Once I tried on a few dresses and they had an idea of what I liked, they picked out the PERFECT dress for me. Once I was fixed up, nothing could stop the tears of joy! I, unfortunately, did not have a grand experience when I went to David’s Bridal to try on gowns. I gave the associate working with me a list of things I liked was looking for along with my budget, which I informed her would not be very flexible. She was not enthusiastic. She selected a few wonderful pieces to try on and one of the gowns I loved the most was a little over double my budget. When I tried another gown on that was closer to budget she was very encouraging however my bridesmaid could tell I did not love it. I informed them that I wanted to think on it and the manger said that I wouldn’t be able to get a discount if the dress was not purchased that day. This is ill sales strategy in attempt to pressure you into a purchase.

I had an amazing experience here! As a plus size bride I was nervous about finding a dress I liked in my size. However, Bailie my stylist, was an amazing help to finding dresses for me! Even though the dress I picked out wasn’t in my size and couldn’t be orderd in my size. A lady form alterations came in and pinned in a lace up back and it was completed! Totally unique and me! Bailie then helped me pick out a vile and hair piece and it was complete we all cried I couldn’t have had a better experience! I highly recommend!

I had an appointment to shop my my wedding dress on 9/18/21. The experience I had at Davids Bridal in Johnson City was everything I had dreamed of and more. All of the staff there are amazing, but my stylist was Kierra and I could not recommend booking with her enough. She is so kind and attentive. She truly made the whole experience better. She was supportive of me and helped me pick my dream dress! I cant wait to come back and get my Matron of Honor her dress and I hope that I will be able to request Kierra for that appointment! 1000% Would recommend.

My experience with Davids Bridal started great. I made an appointment, tried on dresses, and my stylist was incredibly helpful with trying on sizes and helping me. My moms appointment was right after mine, and suddenly the stylist disappeared and there was NO ONE helping her for at least 30 minutes. I was running around trying to find the right size. My mom was visibly upset that no one wanted to help her, and it truly seemed like it was because she was a plus size. Infuriated, I spoke to the manager and complained. Luckily, Shayne came to the rescue and made my mother feel like a princess. I have never met anyone so kind, so professional, and so good at his job as that man. He was patient and willing to go the extra mile to recommend styles for her. She found a dress she loved.While Shayne did an amazing job, I am still upset that our stylist completely ignored my mom for the first half of her appointment and made her feel that she wasnt special. Plus size women should beware of David Bridal. It seems they do not train their staff adequately in this regard.

My personality stylist Bailee Silvers listened and knew exactly what I wanted. And was on top of my budget requests. I enjoyed the overall experience. I was also late due to a wreck and they still helped me.

Beautiful gowns and dresses and friendly staff. Sometimes you can find a good deal on a dress, but if you need it altered in any way go elsewhere. They charge astronomical prices for alterations on clothing that you bought from them that was probably already pricey.

I have to say that I was absolutely beyond amazed at this place!! I have a last minute wedding in July and went in there with not much hope of finding something to meet my budget or timeframe. Ell, Kate and Grace were AMAZING!!!!! Ell helped me try on gowns and was very patient with me. She found the dress for me and I cannot wait to get married in it!!!! She helped accessorize and got me in the next day for alterations! Amazing staff there! The staff was friendly and helpful when I went to pick up my dress a month ago. They were nice about helping me set up an alterations appointment and figure out what I may need done to the dress.Today was my alterations appointment and it could not have gone better. Braylee was kind and knowledgeable about the best way to fit the dress to me so that I would feel comfortable in it. She did a great job explaining the process and how things, like the bustle, would work on my wedding day. And then Shelby was great helping me pair a veil with the dress. She helped me get what I needed to best match my dress and not up-sale me, which was appreciated.

My stylist was Bailee Silvers, and I could not have asked for a better person to help me find my dress! She picked out something I would never have tried on by myself and it was PERFECT. After looking at what seemed like a hundred dresses, the first one she suggested I fell in love with. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Me and my daughter went to Davids Bridal for the first time and it was a pleasant experience.We found a dress within an hour.Kathy the Mgr. is such a great person.The salesperson that we talked to first (Erin) was very helpful during our appointment there.The only thing negative I noticed:a lot of the dresses that I liked, the store did not have in my daughters size(10).Many different colors, styles to choose from but not in her size.Overall I have to say we received great customer service,and the store was well organized and clean.

My appointment was a bit last minute but everyone was friendly and helpful, willing to work with me and my schedule. They were patient and I found the perfect dress. It was like being on an episode of Say Yes To The Dress and a lot of fun, every womans dream!

We have purchased 2 dresses here in the last year, one for our daughter, and one for our daughter-in-law. Both dresses were beautiful and well made, however the alterations experience has been terrible. Both times there were issues with measurements and the staff was rude when asked why they were measuring again. None of the alterations were completed when we were told they would be ready and caused both brides to be upset with an explanation of its an easy fix. Then why wasnt it done properly the first time? The manager attempts to make excuses for her staff but still treats the customer as the bad guy. This last time I lost it! I am so thankful I do not have any more needs from this business after this week.

I encourage any bride looking for a wedding dress to NOT go to David’s Bridal unless you want a very rushed and pressured experience. Finding a dress is stressful enough without having to do it in under a hour. I understand things are different with covid guidelines but if you can’t serve your customers in a satisfactory manner you should probably cut down on the amount you are scheduling throughout the day. My stylist kept looking at her watch the whole time. I did find a dress that I really do like but I’m still not sure it’s “the one” because I didn’t get to explore all of my options. We had to ask to take a picture with the “say yes to the dress” sign because she obviously had no other intentions but making a sale and getting me out the door. The only positive experience I had there was with the lady that initially done my alterations, she was great. But when I went back for my final fitting it was the same thing. I wanted to make sure I had the appropriate undergarments in the final fitting so I asked about a bra that I had tried on with the dress with intentions to buy it and her response was “I don’t know”. She didn’t even try to go find one. If I wouldn’t have been under such a short time frame with the wedding date I would have told them to shove the dress and went somewhere else. I was told in the beginning to not go there from a friend she said a smaller boutique would be a better experience and I really wished I would have listened. 🤦‍♀️

I absolutely LOVED my first bridal appointment experience today. I chose the first dress I tried on today and felt so beautiful! The consultants were incredible, helpful, and almost excited as I was! I would like to commend the man that helped me find my dress and found the earrings and sash to match. I will recommend this location to every future bride I encounter.

DO NOT TRUST ONLINE SCHEDULING! How horrible to make plans with friends, who took time off, to drive more than an hour to try on wedding dresses only to have them call to tell me that their computer system double books them and that I didnt actually have an appointment. Maybe they should put some of those profits into updating their antiquated scheduling system and save both their associate and potential (no longer) customer from an awkward conversation. Ill stick to locally owned!

My experience was absolutely terrible. We were there looking for bridesmaids dresses, we ended up having to find dresses ourselves because we waited 20-25 mins on Faith who was supposed to be taking care of us, when she finally came back she had one dress. Her attitude was awful, like she couldn’t be bothered. She ruined one of the experiences I was really looking forward to, I will not return.

In our quest for a prom dress for my daughter, Stephanie guided us to the perfect one. She was most helpful in explaining the ins & outs of formal wear. (Including a whole new vocabulary!) And was most helpful regarding alterations.

This is the last place I will ever get my dress the alterations department is a joke. MARTHA is the most rude and condescending woman I’ve ever met. She told me I was fat and didn’t finish my dress when I was promised to go home with it. Not to mention they messed my sister in laws dress up in October. So if I could give a -5 star review I would.

The alterations department at David’s Bridal in Jc is the BEST!! The buying experience I wasn’t very impressed with and when I expressed my dislikes to Martha in the alterations she immediately started going above and beyond to make sure the rest of my experience was the best they had to offer.
