Huge selection, and a variety of styles, from demure styles for older ladies to the most modern styles! The staff is endlessly helpful and kind, sweet, and they will teach you everything you need to know about wigs. Amazing prices as well, which is just icing on the cake! Just picked up a beautiful human hair wig from Charlotte. She spends as much time as necessary to find the look that fits you best and explains how to care for and style each piece. Never rushing, she makes sure you feel at home in the chair. Prices are great and the products are quality. This was our second time here. We will definitely return.

If Charlotte sold toilets - we’d buy a new toilet every year.If she sold medicine - we’d pretend to be sick.If she sold ice cream - we’d start eating dairy again - actually be sick - and have to buy a new toilet every year.Luckily - she sells wigs - which is what we needed.It is clear she is in business to serve her clientele. I went to hair additions last Thursday and I had the best customer service experience. She stayed over for forty five minutes and made sure I was taken well care of. She offered special order wigs that I was interested in. it was first time that I got wig anywhere that provides excellent service and layway. I high recommend that anyone that needs wigs to stop by to her location. She is located across the road from Mahoneys in Johnson city.
