I have a board and batten house. Quality was poor very noticeable dirty areas left on the house, sealer was not put on well at all. Bleached the wood and its costing me a lot of money to fix it. They seem to do fine on other jobs Ive seen on here, but if you are looking to have your log cabin cleaned and stained I would avoid this group. The guy that fixed mine said they must not have known what they were doing with cleaning a board and batten house because they ruined the color of the wood.

I had a great experience with Chad, the owner of Roofs Like New, when he came out to clean our gutters. The price was very fair, was very communicative on arrival time, and very professional. After he was finished, I asked him if he knew a plumber and explained my problem. He offered to come in and take a quick look....and he fixed it! Totally unexpected, but I was so grateful that he looked at it. I am definitely calling them again!

They were very responsive to my questions, worked around my schedule, kept me updated on arrival time. They cleaned out my gutters, unclogged downspouts, washed all the vinyl trim and windows. The house looks better than it had in years. I had forgotten to move my dog’s water bucket on the back porch. He even emptied the bucket and filled it with fresh water. They moved my hanging plants before washing. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Will absolutely use again. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

They were prompt, friendly, and got right to work. They continued the work until finished even when it started raining.

They did a awesome job washing my metal roof and cleaning out my gutters. I did not unlock my back gate and they were unable to get to the that area do to me not being available. When I called later that day, they returned soon that same day. They answered all my questions and explained the process. I had the gutters cleaned out in January by a different company and I noticed rain flowing over the edges at the corner of the home soon after. Before Roofs like New left they showed the water flowing off the roof and going out the drain. I will continue to use them yearly for gutter cleaning and other services I might need.

I contacted Roofs Like New via messaging through Google. We kept in contact this way whilewwhile out a good time (around all the recent bad weather) for them to come out. They took before and after pictures to show what theyd done. I couldnt be more pleased! They were professional, efficient, thorough, affordable, AND friendly! Awesome job!! They soft washed 20 condos and the siding is sparkling white. We have 8 wooden decks that needed cleaned and stained. They were only supposed to soft wash the decks but the decks were in such a bad shape they had to come back with a pressure washer even though they didn’t have to because we only ask for the soft wash. The decks were molded and took extra time. Stained the 8 decks and done a awesome job. They were having to deal with a couple of decks that was a different color and they are all supposed to be the same color,they got all the decks the same color and they look great. Anytime we had a concern or question and we contacted them they responded back to us very quickly. Very friendly. Definitely would recommend. Great to work with.

Roofs Like New (Johnson City Location) have cleaned out my gutters twice, as well as the the top of my flat carport roof which was a big job requiring a bucket lift. Recently (its February) my gutters have been spilling water due to heavy rains, so I sent them a message. They returned my messages promptly, arranged to be here while I was away and messaged me when the job was complete. Very trustworthy, the problem is fixed, gutters are clean and they dont leave a mess...ever! They also pressure wash walkways, fences, just about anything. Ill definitely be calling them again and recommend them to anyone needing exterior maintenance.

I was told that the stain they chose for me would last years....it lasted days before it started peeling up. I asked them to come and see what they could do to fix it. I was led to believe they were going to fix it. They blew me off for six months and finally proposed a solution that involved me paying them to strip the whole deck and restain.....all at my expense! They tried to blame me for not telling them what the stain was before they applied their stain. Seems like a professional would have known or at least thought to ask prior to applying hundreds of dollars of stain!! Maybe they should just stick to pressure washing!

Company cleaned gutters and power washed house,sidewalk, and driveway yesterday. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would do, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Staff is very personable and thoroughly committed to doing a good job. Hire them. Youll be glad you did. My roof was in nasty shape - lots of moss and stains. But worse were my gutters. I had paid for people to clean them out in the past, but would get an Oh, theyre fine, they have gutter guards on them. But, Id go, the rain washes over the sides of them, they are not draining. Then Id get some comment from the other service vendors which meant they had blown me off. Enter Roofs Like New. They came out and did the estimate when they said they would. They did the job a few days later, when they said they would. They took off the guards and cleaned out major blockages in the gutters. They killed all the moss on the roof. It is like night and day - my roof does look new. Im very picky about my home care, and they impressed me with the how well they did the job. I cant say enough good things about the quality of the work they did on my roof and gutters. Its starting to rain here (first time since the clean out), and the gutters are actually draining correctly. Thank you!
