Had the gasket around my windshield come loose in a car wash. Wesley and the guys at Glass Doctor in JC fixed it for me in 5 min without charge. Highly recommend this company for all your window and glass needs

Lady didnt even get up from her desk which is back from the counter to speak to me. Prices where over $100 higher than others. Very unprofessional attitude. They use substandard glass that is almost illegal just like Safelite. Do your research and find a local shop that has Pilkington glass. Best in the world!!!

This place was spot on for the entire experience from the receptionist to the service guys Wesley and Elliot!! I would absolutely recommend them. They provided the kind of customer service that most businesses have long since abandoned !

Called several weeks ago to get a price, had to call back a second time to finally get service scheduled. upon Scheduling service was told technician would be arriving at 1pm, then told in a later phone call 3pm telling me verbally technician was 5 miles away, followed by calling them myself directly at 4:05pm to be told the tech stopped to get lunch and would be arriving shortly. Technician arrived and removed my old windshield and proceeded to install the wrong windshield on my vehicle, and then tells me he will have to put my old windshield back on and that he will be back tomorrow with the proper windshield to get it replaced. After the windshield was “fixed” a nasty black residue was left on my headliner of my car, which I had to ask to have it taken off. I would never recommend this company to anyone now or in the future, the technician did his level best but it was overshadowed by the manager Dwight and his assistant repeatedly telling me technician would be arriving at the wrong time and refusing to accept responsibility and kept placing blame off on everyone other than himself and did little to fix the situation, other than coming back the next day to do what should have been done originally. Leaving me to drive home with a severely more broken windshield - see image attached.

A million times better than Keller Glass in Johnson City. Tri cities glass does a great job and shows up as scheduled.

Technician was friendly enough and worked pretty fast. Winshield is dirty and a small amount of debris was left behind. Other than that quality looks ok. Only time will tell.

We had an emergency and needed a window replaced same day!! Glass Doctor was there in 2 hours and repaired glass very professionally. All other glass places said it would take a couple days. Very happy I picked Glass Doctors.

Tech was very nice and professional. Dispatcher was also very professional and always let me know when there was a schedule change. Good pricing, good service.
