I was very pleased with Debbie, who put a great system together to fit my needs, and with Drew, who came to install the system. Both were very professional and made sure I got only what I needed without trying to sell me things I didn’t want or need. Great experience!

We had Fleenor install our central vacuum system.Our experience with the company from the first phone call through installation was terrific! The sales representative, Don Grove was informative, made reasonable suggestions and did not try to up-sell us. His estimate and measurements were on the mark. The installers, Ramsey and Cameron were respectful, professional and delightful to be around. Everyone wore masks without being asked. We love the central vacuum! We were more than pleased with all of our interactions with the Fleenor company because their customer service was top-notch. We are so pleased to have found them, and will definitely consider them for our home security needs.

We built a new house, and reached out to fleenor to have them help us with our security. Everything was exactly how we expected it. From scheduling, to communication throughout the process, to follow up and training were great. We had multiple issues with Internet when we first moved, multiple network changes and everytime we asked for help, fleenor was right there either on the phone or in person walking us through how to get things back up and online. Their trainer Chad was our point of contact from training on and he was Fantastic. If you want security done right with peace of mind and easy to use systems, Fleenor security should be your go to company!!

Ill start off by saying I dont own a system through this company however Im a 911 dispatcher for one of the counties this company services and it is hands down the best alarm company I deal with. They have a good data base on there customers and are able to give me almost all the information I need for an emergency call. I highly recommend this alarm company from a dispatcher point of view. They out perform every other company that contacts us even the large nation wide companies

Daniel Sochalski did a great job on our system. When I had a problem months later he fixed it very quickly. He was responsive to communication via email and text which means a lot.

We purchased a home with a Fleenor Security System. We have a fairly extensive system and from the first call, they were very responsive and helpful. Debbie is wonderful. She came to the house, walking us through the entire system and provided a tutorial. When we inquired about add-ons she was quick with follow-ups and estimates. The techs and monitoring teams are excellent. Overall, we are extremely happy with Fleenor, will continue to use them in the coming years and will definitely refer them when possible.

Since previously reaching out to Fleenor about the issue I had they stepped up in a huge way! They were incredibly responsive and understanding of my issue. We recently upgraded our security system. Many thanks to Mac McClarinon, the representative who explained the upgrades available and then allowed us to choose with no pressure or hassle, but graciously answered any questions we had. Brian, the technician who did the install made sure we understood everything that was done and that we were comfortable with the system before he left. Definitely recommend Fleenor Security. Highly disappointed with this company. I feel like I was misled by the salesman on total installation charges in the very beginning. I was told my total charges for the install would be $674.12 for a new key pad, 1 motion sensor and 1 outdoor camera but we would have to pay the first 3 months monitoring fees and we would pay half now and half after the install. I gave them $600 cash before the salesman Don Grove had left my house. I asked a couple times about the way the receipt was made out but he assured me it was ok and would all work out because the numbers on the receipt were in percentages and couldn’t be changed. We were under the impression that we would be owing less than $100 for the remaining balance. Well it turns out that that wasn’t the case and now I have been invoiced for $228. That’s only part of my frustration. The installer came to my house and ran the power cord down the inside of my wall in which he removed my electrical socket. After wiring the power cord and plugging it in, he couldn’t get the outlet secured back into the wall because the plastic pieces came off the back of the screws leaving him unable to place my outlet securely back into the wall which gives me the impression that they are poorly trained. Luckily I knew how to replace the entire outlet in which I had to do myself after the installer left it hanging loosely from the wall even though I have a small child in the house as well as several dogs who could easily chew the exposed live wires. The next issue is that the salesman and installer was well aware that we had large and small dogs in the house but I even asked to make sure that my daughters 5 pound puppy wouldn’t set the motion sensor off when armed “away.” His reply was I’m really not sure but it shouldn’t unless the large dogs were left inside. The next day when my wife armed “away” and left, we got a call saying the alarm was set off. The installer failed to properly set the motion sensor to pet mode which again leads me to poor training. My next issue is with the outdoor camera. Worked perfect same day it was installed but the next day it wouldn’t pull up any live feed at all no matter what I did, therefor I called and had to leave work for them to come out and unplug and plug the camera back in to “power cycle” a brand new camera instead of telling me over the phone to try that first. The outdoor camera is also a waste of money because every 30 seconds it prompts you to “restart live feed” because it ended which prevents you from leaving it pulled up on a tablet like with a nest cam for continuous live feed viewing. This camera is super lagging and it takes awhile to load the live feed as well as it’s at least a minute before the camera notifies me of motion detection which is significantly slower than the nest outdoor cameras. My other real issue is that the installer placed the large keypad directly under a thermostat which in turned emitted so much heat through the top vent of the key pad that it made the thermostat think it was a good 3-5 degrees warmer than it really was. When I contacted them for support with this issue, they emailed an invoice of almost $70 to DocuSign in order for them to come move a keypad that was improperly installed. Maintenance is supposedly covered by the monthly $49 fee but that apparently doesn’t cover installation errors. Again this left me ending up having to move my thermostat myself cutting and patching drywall because attempting to move the keypad by opening the panel and unscrewing the 4 simple screws to move the panel and then re-placing the 4 measly screws set off the tamper alarm. I have documentation of everything listed in this review and will be attempting to get out of the contract that I was misled into signing by the salesman Don. I’m very frustrated with this company and want out of my contract in which I’m sure I can’t get out of without paying an outrageous amount of money. Horrible experience

We have had Fleenor Security for a few years now. One key factor I look for in any company that I need services from is their customer reviews. After I read their reviews and if they have a 4 to 5 star rating, I request for a meeting to discuss what they have to offer for our particular situation. We met with Fleenors Sales Representative, Devin Lowe. Needless to say we were very impressed with his knowledge and giving us choices of what would work best for our location. Once the decision was made between my husband and I, we signed up for their services and made the date for installation. When it came for installation they were prompt, friendly and professional. They made sure to show us how to work the program and they wont leave until you are completely satisfied.I may repeat myself often in this review but I need to so that you understand how well their services are working for us. I will tell you right now, we have never been disappointed with Fleenor services or their employees. They are always on the ball. The customer service at the office have been so pleasant to talk to no matter what day or time it is. In a matter of fact, as time goes by you feel like they are part of the family, like a guard standing around your home. They make sure you are taken care of and they make sure they have met your expectations. The dispatchers are always on the ball. If your system goes off accidentally or for any reason of any alert...you will receive a call immediately and if you dont answer, the police is already on their way.We recently added some additional services. We reserved two days for these new services to be completed. Guess, what....they completed it in one day. Everything working great! They clean up any messes they make, if any. Devin was again, the same great sales representative now as he was from the first day we met him. We are very happy with the same prompt, friendly employees. Devin and the men that were here to install new products went above and beyond AGAIN, to make sure we were happy. You definitely cannot go wrong with their security or employees. I have had Fleenor Security at my home for the last 7 years. During that time, all request for services have been met in a very timely maner. All question I have had, being a non-tech person, were answered promptly. A represenative even came to my house on a Saturday morning to review with me how the system worked and what I was doing wrong shortly after having the system installed. While out of town they worked with my neighbor to fix a unique problem. I have never had to wait for service, everyone was/is very professional and courteous. With this system I feel safe while alone and while out of town. I strongly recomend this security system to any and all who are considering the purchase of a secruity system.

OMG where do I start. Salesman hosed me with a 4 year contract after telling me it was for 2 years ( my fault for not reading the extra fine print). After the alarm was installed I had to have 4 or 5 visits by their so called technicians to get it working. The alarm panal box looks like a pot of spaghetti kinda like your kids first science project ( what a mess ) Their Customer Service Team is rude and and is more interested in selling you upgrades to fix problems they created. I guess this is my fault for not going with a national company with a background in home security. I have had alarms in my last 5 homes and in my business, I have always went with the bigger guy as I knew their quality and Customer Service. I decided to go with Fleenors as I wanted a locallay owned company close to my home. This was truely a mistake, It should be noted that they will NOT sell you a service contract and after one year of owning the alarm you are on your own for repairs, Yes this means you pay them again or fix it your self. Be a smart shopper and stay away from Fleenors and go with a National Company, Anyone one but Fleenors!!!!!!!!!!
