Ive had a box rented here for over 2 years now and have been very pleased with the level of customer service by all employees. They are highly accommodating and always courteous. A specific example is I was expecting a freight shipment of 3 pallets (47 cartons) and I informed the staff ahead of time. They were able to accept the shipment with my picking it up that very same afternoon. I highly recommend this location for any of their services. 100+ / A+

This store is very organized and clean. The staff members are very nice and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They are fast paced and get things done in a timely manner.

The employees at this store are always so helpful and attentive. However, if customers are required to cover their mouths and noses, one would expect the same from employees. For the protection and safety of everyone, please have your employees mask fully, covering both their mouth and nose. We understand it isnt easy working a full day masked, but according to the CDC masks are more effective at preventing covid spread than any potential vaccine will be. Lets all do our part so that 2021 wont be another 2020.

On three different occasions UPS did not delivery RMA packages to my residence and required me to go to the UPS Store to pick them up. I am at home 24/7. No note was placed on my door either. These have NOT been a missed delivery, but the delivery was never attempted. The UPS store says there is no recourse, but If I like I can drive down to the distribution center and complain there. Very poor customer service. Time to vote with my dollars and switch to USPS or FedEx.

Coordinated the notarys location between the two Johnson City stores. Waited at the CORRECT UPS store today for ten minutes to be seen. Once at the counter, I was rudely turned away stating the stores owner has a policy about NOT notarizing specific documents. My document is a simple duplicate title filing for a different state. Now Im going to have to spend much more time finding a notary. Please state somewhere what your policy is on notarization. Please also be more kind and respectful when turning someone away. Its not a good feeling and just because its your right, you shouldnt take pleasure in denying someone services. Very bad experience and will do my best not to use this location in the future. However, when I find the new notary.. I guess I will have no reason to.
I have always had a great experience using this store for a variety of needs. Austin took the time to listen to specific requests & went above & beyond any expectations on labels & signs used for my son’s first Birthday party, business cards, & card-stock used for stenciling. Much appreciated & will be used for future purchases.

Made two phone calls to the UPS Stores in Johnson City TN today. We will be in the area next month and as we are traveling on motorcycles, we thought perhaps it would be easier to ship some of our things UPS to be there when we got into town. We will than reverse and ship things home the day before we leave town.Both stores said they could hold packages. However this store was the only one to mention there would be $5 fee for holding the packages. (understandable) and that they would appreciate notice of who we were, and to be on the watch for our packages. This would enable them to watch for our packages.I assume an email with the tracking number and name from each person in our group for their package will be sufficient.Happily this store is on our route from our cabin to the Holiday Inn where the Rally will be held. At this time I am not sure how many from our group will use the service, but I suspect some of them will.Thank you for the information.
Absolutely loved this store! And the very friendly customer service! The cashier was very quick and helpful, I think his name was Alan or Alex. My wife and I left in a laugh because of him. We will definitely be back!

I recently relocated to beautiful Northeast Tennessee from Northern New Jersey and have rented a box at the UPS store on Browns Mill Road. Austin, Alex and Zanna have been extremely professional and pleasant and welcoming. In addition to picking up mail and packages there, I am now working with them on business cards.I enthusiastically recommend their shipping and printing and mailbox services.
My husband and I stood in line and watched a very rude, aggressive customer talk down to the person waiting on them, Alex. Alex was professional the whole time and never lost his temper even though the customer, who was definitely in the wrong (and we could all hear him), treated Alex badly. We commended Alex on his calm, professional demeanor when the angry jackhole customer finally left the store. Alex then waited on us and was great with us, too. Promote the young man. He is dedicated to the image of the store.

I have had a mailbox for nearly a decade at this location and appreciate the courteous service. They often have my package is ready for me as I walk in the door. They are helpful in trying to keep shipping costs as low as possible. As a small business owner It’s convenient having shipping, copy, fax, notary and printing services all in one place.
I came into the store with a bunch of letters to send out, but I am very ignorant on how to do so. Alex helped me through the process and made it very pleasant. It took little to no time and he was more than nice with helping me!

I rushed into the Browns Mill location, Lien Le took my package and ran with it! The encounter was concise and high spirited. What a breath of fresh air after watching the competition stand there and blink their eyes. Even more pleasing, is the fact packages get to their destination intact and undamaged on the brown trucks, unlike the white trucks with the blue and orange logo.
Shelly was very helpful in getting a fraudulent situation resolved for me. She went above and beyond that which was required!
Came in for fingerprinting today then was told they also do notaries and faxing. Was so happy to get it all done in one place. Very helpful and knowledgeable girls. Will be back!!
This store provided the worst service. I paid for the 3 day delivery service. The package did not make it in 3 days, but did in 7 days. I went back to the store to request they refund me the difference between a normal delivery rate and the extra I paid for the 3 day delivery. They then stated they had not read the fine print from UPS and my package could not be delivered in 3 days ( spoke at length with Lakin and Lynn). They recommend I call UPS. After a multiple run around with UPS and the UPS store, they stated they could not refund the difference, but they could refund some for the value of the container that was also destroyed. To date, I have got nothing and the store employees continue to act like there is nothing they can do. FedEx in the future.

One rotten apple employee ruins the store.
Paid quite a bit to have an item packed and shipped in order to save some time. I think the packing cost was around $50, though I am not sure because the charge breakdown on the receipt was not clear. Regardless, I dropped off both the item and some documentation that needed to be in the box. That documentation was not shipped with the item, and as a result, I had to take unnecessary emails and calls from the recipient to work things out. Pretty displeased considering how much the packing service costs. Dropping off a package here is fine, but I would not trust their packing service.I sent a complaint last week using the UPS Store websites contact form, but have not received a reply.

This UPS Store at 3101 Browns Mill Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604 discriminates against customers privacy. Worst customer service of any UPS Store or UPS Facility Ive encountered!! There were 3 unfriendly young clerks (2 young females with long dark hair, and 1 young male with light brown hair & beard) working, and they didnt care one iota about customer service!!!! They must be inexperienced with customer service! Their attempt to violate my privacy information was insulting!!! While they claim their policy is to have a telephone number in order to ship a package, I advised them that I do not retain any available tel number anymore. Thats their problem, not the customers problem, if they dont have an exclusionary option for customers without a tel number. NOTE TO UPS STORE at 3101 Browns Mill Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604: There is NO LAW requiring every citizen to possess a telephone!!! Even the USPS doesnt ask for any tel number when mailing out priority mail packages! Well congrats to the owners of UPS STORE at 3101 Browns Mill Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604 - youve lost my business, and please be ensured thatll Ill happily regale my dissatisfaction with every person and business I know. Contacted their District Mgr, Missy Brown, and advised of the issue... no resolution to provide service to customers who do not provide any available tel number... she just gave the ol scripted company policy excuse.
