OK, experience - price a bit higher than expected and were told to come back at 11 after having an appointment at 9. Other phone repairs we have experienced are done on the spot. This was my wifes phone, good thing she had somewhere else to go

Lady who waited on me was very knowledgeable. She was a delight to work with. My phone was ready when she said it would be. I am very pleased with the results.

I first looked up the price of a battery for my Samsung Galaxy S7. All were over $70. Batteries plus also came up in my search so I called them. A battery w/free install in an less than an hour was $70. Highly recommend.

Went in to get a battery replacement on my Samsung Galaxy S7. After two different stores, and three days of being run around because their computers do not correctly show their stock, I finally got the battery replaced. 10 minutes after I left the store, I realized the loudspeaker on my phone no longer works. (They claim they didnt do it, but it is obviously caused by them. I suspect they left it on the hot plate too long and it fried the internal loudspeaker.)Worst experience ever! I will be spreading the word to NEVER do business here...

I came in with a broken screen on my iPhone, they had it repaired and back to me in less than an hour for almost $50 less than the deposit would have cost for the warranty I purchased on my phone to repair it.
