Hidden fees. Unprofessional. Poor record keeping on THEIR end caused my business to be PCI non-compliant and I incurred fees they wouldnt credit. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made no effort to contact me except for the old email address. Each time I called they would try to verify the OLD email address. I had to correct them FIVE times! Go elsewhere for your credit card processing! I certainly am.
