Evan helped me transfer the data from my old computer to my new computer and went beyond the call of duty by installing an updated version of the software I needed to upload photos from my digital camera to my computer. He spent some time researching possible solutions to my computer problems before the appointment, so he was able to get everything done in an hour for $100. Having him make an on-site visit meant that I didnt have to do without my PC for several days and I didnt have to transport my computers to his office. I highly recommend Speed Tech!

Got a virus that completely took over my web browser and wouldnt allow me to do certain things. He found the virus very shortly after I brought it in. It ended up actually being a more advanced virus than he previously thought and he had to keep it merely one extra day to fix. Overall a great experience and very professional. He even downloaded a new operating system upon my approval to speed up my computer and charged nothing extra for the extra work he had to put in. Would highly recommend to anyone. P.S. pricing is the cheapest you will find in JC. Searched for some time and this was the cheapest by far.

Fast friendly and did not cost as much as I would of thought thats the summery now for the long story. I upgraded my PC from Win 8.1 to Win 10 but due to Microsoft upgrading faq and app the software did not load properly and was stuck in a boot loop after over 3 weeks working with MS techs they told me it was my hardware not the software but due to the loop I could not load the full copy of Win 10, Speed Tech PC came and picked up my PC reloaded the software and it works great now. Any one reading this if you have any anti virus software on your PC uninstall it before trying to update. I am a disabled Vet and computers are how I work with the world, you have to adapt and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you and God Bless

Took my MacBook to SpeedTechPC after the hard drive crashed. I had taken it to the MacAuthority first and they quoted me at least $300 to fix it and also said all of my files were lost. After leaving it with SpeedTech for two days they called me and said they had completely fixed my MacBook and were able to recover all of my files!! Not only that but in all it only cost $150!!! I recommend this place to anyone whose having computer issues, dont get overcharged by these big industries that dont really care about their customers, just want a paycheck. Fast affordable service and Evan is very nice and easy going.

Justin worked on my laptop after CompuWorld said I had major problems with my laptop, and fixed it. He only had my laptop for 2 days where CompuWorld had it for a week. CompuWorld actually installs files on your computer so when they work on it they can go back as a reference, well one of their files had a trojan virus. Justin fixed everything and now its in great working order. Hes very polite, courtious and deserves the business.
