Terrible Experience. Christina appeared very professional upon speaking to her and texting. However, she changed the appointment three times, canceled one day due to a flat and finally never showed the third time even though she told me she was on her way when I texted her to check on arrival time. What is more important is that the service was for my elderly mom and I live out of town so I was trying to provide a service to help her. Christina did not even extend the professional or personal courtesty to let me know she was not coming. Very poor judgment, lack of professionalism and courtesy. There are a number of other business owned cleaning services I would have been happy to work with and am now reaching out to. Save the frustration and do the same. Would not recommend.
