I cancelled my commercial policy a month ago. The other day I was charged $1179 from the insurance carrier. Johnson City Insurance never sent in the cancellation notice to them (after I signed it and sent it to them). When I email the owner Mark about it, he tells me to please not email him anymore. There is no way I would ever do business with these people again.
