Mary May is seriously the best travel agent ever! My husband and I have been using her for several years now to plan all our vacations, near and far, and she is always amazing to work with. Prior to using Mary, we had used other travel agencies that just werent what we expected (not responsive, didnt answer many questions, didnt check up, etc). Mary May is incredible and I will continue to use her services and refer her to everyone I know. She answers her phone any time of day (even at 4am when youre on your way to the airport for your honeymoon but theres an accident on the highway and you cant get there) and handles all issues that may arise (like booking you a new flight, finding a hotel last minute and contacting the cruise line to make sure you can get on the ship at the first port because you missed your initial flight). She always follows up with you after vacations, give honest opinions, will give you quotes for any and every place you want to visit and is a pleasure to work with her. You wont regret using Mary, her customer service is top notch and she has the best deals. Shes the best and Ill never travel without using her as my travel agent!

Excellent service and truly makes your vacation a breeze. Having a travel agent is a must when traveling outside the US or cruising and Mary is the best. When we missed our flight, she quickly found us a flight and contacted the cruise line to ensure we could embark at the first stop. She is very responsive and follows up after your trip so she can do anything to improve your next vacation.
