Great when it works, unfortunately it never does . . . scooters always broken and not working or even worse stop working far from a docking station at full battery ad you have to drag them back on a wonderful 90 degree heat. Oh on the bright side, support is a joke! Still waiting for an answer on an issue i opened over 1 week ago. If you get on one they can be fun . . . until they arent!

The unlimited pass made it real to ride whole day without costing much; also, dock-to-dock made it easy to return scooter more organized; docks are installed on almost every few blocks so that it doesn’t require much to walk after returning. Riding these scooters is most amazing experience too.

Terrible service, every time I go to a station it’s either empty or has a dead/broken scooter. Seems like according to their app they don’t have enough scooters.
