I kinda feel weird admitting I go to therapy but Dr. Mike Abrams has made me feel so comfortable in my own skin that I’m now brace enough to do stuff like this. I have never met such a smart guy in my life. It’s not just that I think I need to be happy I found a smart psychologist, it’s the fact that his smarts led me to figuring out how to heal! He gave me so many useful mental tools I use every single day to cope with my anxiety and depression. I can proudly say that I no longer need any depression medication because Dr. Abrams taught me how to deal with my thoughts the old fashioned way, by talk therapy! I highly recommend this doctor from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Dr. Abrams.

Dr Mike Abrams is is the most kind, brilliant, and supportive. He goes above and beyond in his professional care. Dr Mike has helped me through lifes most difficult challenges. Dr. Mike has been a godsend for me! He has helped me on a personal level as well as help me become a better person to loved ones. Very thoughtful and patient, as I had never been to a psychologist before (wasnt sure what to expect). He made me feel welcome and made it easy to open up in a comfortable environment. He is well educated/experienced and great with adults - very happy I chose him.

Had some issues come up. I went to two other therapists in two months - both seemed to think staring a me would help. I found Dr. Mike and he really understood what was eating at me - he put my feelings into words so I could deal with it.

Dr. Lidia Abrams is my mentor. Without her; I don’t know how I would be dealing with the stress of grad school right now. I felt nervous writing a review because it admits I see a therapist but Dr. Lidia has also taught me that there is nothing to be ashamed of. I highly reccomend this woman.

Worse place I went to. I didnt get seen by the man I got seen by his wife. Not very understanding. Send me away after that i was hospitalized for my mental illness do to stress she put me threw.

This man is a racist, full of hatred I call him to go to consult my husband and he insulted me on the phone and he said he would call ice I did not have the opportunity to explain my reasons was the most horrible experience of my life I was super nervous It was really sad
