Never answers the phone..whats the point in having a business if you not going to answer the business phone? Might as well close down

No cab to pick me up.

Worst experience ever. It all started with the driver claiming hed pick me up in 5-10 minutes then finally arriving 20 minutes later. After we loaded all our luggage in the car and started on our way did the driver notice that the driver side windshield wiper was not working. Unfortunately for us it was pouring out and it was almost impossible to see. To make things worse, the driver decided to turn off the one good wiper which made it even more impossible to see. After driving about a mile blind the ride finally culminated in the driver running over and destroying a bunch of lane separators and the rear ending a car in front of us.

This is the worst car service I ever call... I waited 30 minutes and still ended up taking another taxi. They didn’t even pick up my phone call again!!!! Smfh 🤦‍♂️

Very unreliable. They first told me 10 min, then I called and it was another 10 and then the driver called to tell me another 20. I ended up taking a Uber.

I reserved a car with these guys last night. they just left me waiting and now Im late to the airport. I try calling but I think the guy just gave up talking to me. this service is not reliable at all.
