Cool place, just avoid the weekends and the holidays to have more calm otherwise the place is pretty crowded.

The service is unpleasant.. staff works with attitude.. for televisions and none of them work have to watch over your things if not they get taken

I never leave reviews on any place but I have to say the manager is rude as hell I don’t know what is his problem but he should not treat customers like this. All I wanted was to drop off my laundry I am very polite to him I never did anything to him whatsoever I don’t know what caused him to have such a disgusting attitude. He is always like this every time I go. The other ladies are nice but I don’t know what is wrong with this guy.

Today 7/21/19 it’s 96 outside we are having a heat wave but inside the place it’s hotter they have the air off but the ladies stay in the back room where there’s air and fan. It’s been like 3 weeks or more no hot water in the place. I only go because it’s right across from me and I have no car but if I did I wouldn’t be at this place

Not enough water in machine

The customer service here needs so much work. The lady in the front(and I use the word lady very generously because she is far from ladylike or mannerly, she is a rude ignorant bully with what it looks like to be very bad upbringing and lack of conversational skills with similarities of a cave woman or a dog).As for the sudzy laundry the washers and dryers DO NOT WORK. They are basically stealing your money. Washers dont wash properly (no hot or warm water). And the dryers literally burn up your clothes. All this happened to me so I asked to speak to the manager and he also has the communication skills of a caveman, and with what little English he did speak, he let us know that he will not replace my burnt Landry and he is not going to fix his machines.BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE
