Weve been using their service for over 5 years now and so far, everything arrived intact and within expected time frame. Surprisingly, even in 2020 the packages arrived earlier than anticipated! Their personnel at the jersey city location has always been helpful & accommodating.

Sent a boxes last October 10, 2020. Call them for follow up but the nobody answer even their call center :(

They do take stuff but the thing is they left my box open and the people there literally took all my stuff from the box and I called and they said they can’t do anything horrible place they rob

If I can give negative star I would! They steal, rip the box open and tape it back together! Thieves!

Deal with another company or anything but with this company dont send your boxes. El Salvador staff open the boxes and steal everything new. Surely you pay is useless because they do not respond if the box arrives. no matter if it arrives open
