They were able to squeeze me in last minute which was nice! The dentists and assistants are GREAT with kids and very patient. I was in and out in 20 minutes so yeah overall a good experience. But the receptionist was very dismissive. No customer service skills at all. So that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. They take United Healthcare Community Plan if you have that.

The office is clean and the staff is quick. However I do not like their policy of 1 parent permitted only. I have to children so I felt it would be easier to have 1 parent per child since their appointment was scheduled together. Instead I had to struggle keeping to children calm at the same time for exam and X-rays. While only being able to be in the room with knew child and having no knowledge of whats going on in the room if the other child. Here we are yet again 2nd visit follow up exam for x-ray and cleaning. Same procedure still in place mind you again my husband accompanied me again to assist and wasnt allowed to accompany his own child. Mind you unlike the previous appointment my childrens appointment was 15 minutes apart. So I asked why cant my husband sit in the waiting area with one child until its her turn since their appointments are 15 minutes apart. No explanation instead yet again I had to accompany both children while only being able to physically be in the room with one. As a mother I never leave my children unsupervised for any reason especially with them being female. I dont appreciate or agree with this policy and would not recommend this place to anyone with multiple children as you will be leaving with a headache and very frustrated. As if you have a child or children with special needs make sure you stress that as the male dentist here was very unsympathetic towards my special needs childs while placing her fillings. Because photo and video isnt allowed i did not photo or record him. But it took everything in me not to go off.

I dont normally leave reviews, but after today, I just HAD TO. We have been coming here for about 3 years for check ups and everything has always been fine. But today was amazing. I hate everything that has to do with dentists, by the way. Anyways, my son had a loose tooth that he refused to wiggle to loosen it up and he got a nasty little infection. He has a bubble on his gums over his tooth. Nasty. The assistants were very nice and the doctor took out that tooth in less than 10 seconds. My son felt NOTHING. He didnt even know he has been injected by NEEDLES to numb him. Not until I told him after. He felt nothing. He was cheering that the tooth was out and he felt nothing. This was a very good experience! With this kind of treatment my kids will not grow up fearing the dentist like I did.

I was looking for a place close home to take my kids to the dentist, but sadly due to the person that works in the front desk that wont happen. I made an appointment and when they called to confirm the appointment I was kinda busy so I didn’t hear well and I asked the girl to confirm some information and she was very rude and hanged the phone on me. However, my mom took the kids for me (Because I was at work) and they said that without an authorization they couldn’t see the my kids. I completly understand that, but my mom state that the girl was very rude with her. So I decided to just take them somewhere else. Ps. I work in the medical field and deal with people is not easy however that doesn’t give me the right to be mean or treat people poorly.

The worst thing about the place is the customer service. There are two women in the reception who do not deal well with clients, either directly or over the phone, and if the person does not speak English or is weak in it, they show boredom and anger in front of him despite the presence of people within different nationalities and when you ask someone for help to translate, they tell you that he is not They have nobody. ... and if you ask who is in charge or middleman, they say no. You can not find help from them. This is very bad .. They had a doctor who installed the cones but left them .. The internal group is good.

If there is a quarter start, i should have select that . Because the service i got for my child was bad interns of claims . They have claimed charges for un attempted services to my insurance . When i spoke to the dentist they said its a wrong claim we will cancel it by talking to the insurance company. But when i spoke to insurance company they claimed for the un provided services from them . Its not at all good . so i dont recommend to the other people . Please do not choose this dental office.

I had booked an appointment with them for my 3 year old son. I shared all the information related to my insurance. They asked some follow up questions on my insurance and confirmed the appointment.A day before, I got a reminder call and a message that I have an appointment at 10:00 AM.I took a day off from work so I can take my son to the doctors office.When I showed up at the doctors office, the receptionist said they need a referral. I said I have it with me and I showed them. She acted a bit, trying to see in her computer and all. And then, to my greatest surprise, she told that they cannot see him. I was dumbfounded! I was like why? And she said the insurance is not accepted.I said, but you asked me follow up questions on my insurance and confirmed the appointment. In fact, I also got a reminder from your office yesterday!! Couldnt you have said it then? I took a day off and came all the way here only to be told that my insurance is not accepted?What is worse was, she did not even have a common courtesy to apologize for her carelessness. There was a note on my papers saying Insurance not accepted. So, she very well knew about it but just did not inform me!ABA Pediatrics was extremely careless in their behavior. And, wasted my 2 precious hours.

It’s so sad that some people have no choice (because of insurance) but to go here. The staff is so mean, to the parents and to the adults. I’ve witnessed people getting yelled at every time I go there. My children always walk out of this office sad. I have the sweetest happiest 6year old and yesterday he was down the rest of the day after his appointment here. Even went home and told his grandmother how mean the lady at the dentist was. She yelled at him because he wasn’t sitting still. She yelled at him because he almost walked out of the wrong door. She didn’t even let him know what she was doing once she got to the cleaning, just went right in and had this cold look on her face the entire time! She looked angry! My other son had a bad experience with the dentist. He had no compassion or care for my sons fears about getting a tooth removed. He even asked me if my son had a learning disability just because he felt he was too old (9yrs) old to be afraid. Seriously?? Why do people like this work with children? And it really seems like they hate the community they work in and don’t like any of the people that walk into that office. Shame on this staff, if you don’t like your job go somewhere else but don’t torment the people who go to you for medical care!!! I am trying to find a new pediatric dental office for my boys because my son had an accident. He needs a dentist who can give options or solutions to fix his teeth. The dentist here basically keeps telling me they can’t do anything for him until he’s 18!!!! Yeah ok! He just doesn’t care and seems to only be about the money. He does nothing but say your child has a few cavities that need filling, even if they were ALREADY done! starting to think the 5 star ratings this office gets are just fake accounts because there are so many people within the community that have negative comments about this staff.

Doctors are great but receptionist are very rude and careless, i have private insurance and went to fix cavity for my daughter they told me i have to pay before we start and i went and paid what they asked, then at the next appointment they told you have to pay 70 dollars more because the insurance does not accept to pay, we didnot get the insurance approval before starting to work and let us know, then pay or we will let you in and you have to decide now as our time is sensitive but the patient time is not sensitive to take off from my work is not sensitive the worst staff ever

Doctor Kleyman was amazing with my little boy. Today he got one tooth pulled with a cleaning and he did Great. My little guy didn’t even cry for the needle. Great Doctor who is amazingly patient with children. Fast service, I didn’t wait long. I highly recommend. Thank you for being so patient and providing amazing service to your clients.

I was trying to make an appointment for my son who is 5 years old. Your front office lady says the Dentist will see kids age below 6 only in the mornings between 10:00 am to 01:00 pm. I explained my son is in Kindergarten and is in school until 03:00 pm and requested an appointment for after 03:00 pm. The lady responded “ kindergarten is not high school but day care” I tried to explain that all kids in Jersey City join the school system at age 3 because of universal PREK and that Kindergarten which is part of K-12 is not DayCare but was told to go find another Dentist Again stating “ Kindergarten is day care” . You Guys don’t work on the weekends so how does a child aged 3 and above who is attending school see the dentist in your office? My son is a returning patient not a new one. I look forward to hearing from the Dentist or the office administrator. Thanks

It was my first time at this place and it was very pleasant. Kristen and Irena were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My son felt comfortable and did not cry! I will definitely be going back.

The girl in front did not want to attend to my little daughter. because we were 5 minutes late. that he went to ask inside and they said no! She is very rude in the way of speaking and in attitude.

Ive been bringing my kids here for years. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They just renovated and it made the appointments for all three of my kids much more efficient.

I took my daughter here two days ago for an examination! The hygienist cleaned her teeth and in the process knocked out her filling ! She complained of complete pain and I even let the male dentist know when he cAme in! (Short guy dark hair ) He refused to fill the hole and told me I needed a whole different appointment! Also I feel like the past couple of examinations he tells me he sees cavities on teeth he has already fixed ! I do not recommend and I will not be bringing my kids back !

Theyre awesome with children. My kids were scared of the dentist until I found out about ABA dental. They were so GREAT with them, the whole staff is so kind and polite. I recommend them to everyone. Im beyond happy with this place! And even more important, my children are happy with them.

The doctor was amazing! This was by far our best experience with a dentist in Jersey City. Dr.Stillman was warm and friendly with my children and very easy to talk to. He explained everything as he went along and his preventative approach to dentistry makes sense and seems very affordable (esp. in the long run). His staff was friendly and patient. My kids, who generally fear the dentist, never had an anxious moment. Honestly, we cant wait to go back for our next appointment!

Had to wait for like 5 minutes until someone spoke to me at the reception and asked what do I need. After that I was called pretty fast. The nurses are absolutely wonderful! My child started crying, but they were able to make him laugh and smile. He said that now he loves dental visits :) The doctor is also very nice and bilingual, which is a plus. Great experience after all. Recommend!

Dr. Stillman is really good with kids! He is very patient and friendly. Dental visits usually make kids nervous, but Dr. Stillman does a great job of making the visit pleasant and enjoyable. The kids love him, I think he is one of the best pediatric dentists around!

Doctor is great! However, the staff... not too much. I called today to set an appointment for my son and possibly start taking my younger son here but this will not happen. That receptionist (Karina I believe her name was) is EXTREAMLY RUDE! I will never take my kids or recommend this pediatric dentist office !

My 1st visit was a last minute appointment. Inturn from staff to cleanliness it was a overall good experience. Improvements: For it being a pediatric ONLY dental office it could use some more eye appealing decorations for children.

We had a great experience, the dentist office was very clean and the staff is super friendly. Whenever the kids felt scared, the dentist made jokes and helped them relax. Again, the over all experience was great.

As a single father, time is not always on my side and Im always in a rush. Just like today when I went to ABA Pediactric I did not have to wait long for my son to see the dentist. Within a few minutes the dentist was already numbing my kids teeth so he can fix some cavities.

If I was able to give zero star, i would do that. Yesturday I had an appointment, and it was the first dentist check up for my 15 month old baby. The appointment was supposed to be at 13:30, but I waited until 5 P.M. Let me tell you how that happened the clinic actually was almost empty, there are only two ahead of me and me. I keep waiting until 4 P.M. then the lady( assistant ) called me to the dental room to see the doctor guess what the doctor did not show up for an hour. He was talking in the phone. The assistant did her best calling him each 5 min, she was really nice. She was sorry for me. I kept waiting for an hour in the dental room. The doctor did not come, then I decided to go home. We told the guy who was working in the front disck, he was so nice too. I want to tell the person who is in charge of this clinic that doctor Pourang Bral is not professional at all, and thats not how to treat your costumers. It is rude to leave someone waiting for almost 4 hours and you are in the phone. My baby has to eat, sleep, be change his diaper, I have to do my school work. Will never ever ever be back. This is the worst experience I have ever had. If you are not able to perform a doctor task, what you are placed in such a position like that. Pourang Bral does not deserve to be a doctor

My daughters first time going to the dentist wanted to take a photo and was told I was not allowed to. They seem like they were rushing dentist wasn’t too friendly again was asked to put my phone away even though I wasn’t doing anything but hold my daughter and not even a shake hands after appointment. I took my child to ABA pediatric for annual dental check-up and Dr Boris Kleyman told me that my daughter needs fillings. Yesterday, I went for the filling and he did a root canal treatment without even mentioning to me. The staff were HORRIBLE.....when I asked why my co-pay was high for the fillings, they were very rude and didnt even mention that they are going to do root canal which costs more. I was shocked when the doctor took my daughters teeth and replaced with silver cap in it. In my two visits, doctor spent less than a minute to explain the problems that my child had. I made a mistake by going there without reading the reviews and by just looking into Delta insurance portal. I am happy with the treatment but not at all happy with non-disclosure of facts and STAFFs TERRIBLE behavior.

Went there with my 3 children today, my son needed a tooth extraction and because the dr was rushing he pulled the wrong tooth out. So not only is my son still in pain but now we dont know if the tooth pulled was his adult or baby tooth. Im so upset right now about all of this he is 10 years old this shouldnt of happened.

This the best place for my daughter full dental care highly satisfied, amazing doctor kleyman and the whole staff is very nice and cooperative, had good experience with other 4 dentist in different locations but this is the best plce for my daughters they dont feel scared n wanted to come back. I have been taking my daughter here since she was three and now she soon will be 11. The doctors have been nothing but nice as well as the staff. I had no problems, my daughter likes being there she is comfortable. The office is kept clean, it gets packed in the waiting room at times but thats anywhere. They dont keep you waiting long at all though which is awesome!!! 😊 Hope everyone else has a great experience here. I had to edit, they are not all that take your child somewhere else. Its hard to find a very good dentist. All this time Im seeking another.

Ive literally called 3 times and the First thing the receptionist said is Pediatrics Dental please hold,& immediately clicks me off and I have been left on hold for over 10 minutes each time .. Im only trying to make an morning appointment for my 2 children but guess Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Receptionist was rude. Doctor told that my childs tooth needs to be removed without even taken X-ray. Highly commercialized. Doctor also did not take pains to give a prescription for an over the counter medicine (pain relief ointment). My child is still in a pain. Pathetic clinic.

I would like to thank Dr.Kleyman for being outstanding dental clinician. I brought my son ( who never had a cavity and he is 10) to fix two teeth and probably was worried more than him. Dr.Kleyman and Staff were just amazing from start to finish. I was well aware that Dr. Kleyman is certified by ABPD.Meaning that he graduated from a specialty program ( extra 3 years) became a pediatric dentist and and then was certified through the voluntary examination process of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD). ABA Pediatric exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this group to everyone who is interested in a right care for their children.

Very friendly office girls and dental assistants. But the doctor who touched us in a few words told us liars. To our little boy, his first teeth were born as eaten and he told us that that was cavities, even though we told him that they came out like that, he said that was impossible. Here is the term of what you have: AMELOGENESIS IMPERFECTA !!!!!
