Great knowledge and service. These guys are true professionals with great rates. I was able to get my lost files back from a corrupt drive. Given an estimate of 10 days but were able to get it done in 3 days with no extra cost. They have my business for life!! Very pleased with the service.

Apparently, its not an office, just somebody in their apartment. But good luck finding that somebody. The phone number is not active and the concierge had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for fast-teks onsite computer services.

I am a computer literate but dont have the time nor the want to tinker with mine when things go wrong.I called Fast-Teks and the tech was there as promised. Professional guy, really down to earth and didnt try to show me up with techie geeky stuff. On the questions Ive asked -- remember, I KNOW computers -- his answers were spot on. Lets just say I gave him a stealth interview and he passed. All through the time he answered with the correct answers and didnt try to pad them with mumbo jumbo geek speak.When he got to my PC, he did what I would do but a lot more. Best part of this is that the tech was fast in finding out my problem (sneaky spambot) and was able to clean it out. He then made sure that I had the best tools to protect myself even if I am infected in the future.Good stuff!
