The good part, the cleaner was on time and called to let me know hes on his way....my disappointment was hearing i would need to pay $69 extra just to remove a few spots from my living room carpet. Also, payment was conducted on the street curb, over the phone with no regard for privacy. The cleaner wanted to take a photo of my I.D and Credit card with his cell phone after the payment was already made over the phone...I Dont Think So. My biggest dissatisfaction, as a first time customer was that the money was more important than the customer being satisfied. I Would Never Use Them Again!!!!
