This is the only place I get my hair cut anymore. The ladies working here always do a fantastic job, and are the friendliest people youll meet! The place is clean, my hair looks good, and I leave with a smile on my face. See you again this week!

I am travelling 15 minutes further out just to see the stylist, Dharma, at this place- in the 20-25 minutes that I was there, I got so many amazing tips on how to keep my hair healthy, and they werent tips that included buying any additional products- they were actual hair science facts that I could take into account Everytime I washed and styled my hair. All in a very respectful tone. I noticed the stylist was kind enough to only share so much because I kept asking her more and more questions, because in the beginning she was being very cordial but not as chatty as she was as when i started digging for more!By the way, my haircut with Dharma came out so spectacularly well that for the first time in my life, Im planning to keep the short haircut that I got- I never thought I would look better with short hair, Im never going back to my usual long hair in layers.

Staff are great attuned, I’m fine with my hair cut, but my hair color for roots are terrible. The lady said she can fix my roots so my hairs all be even color. However, when it finished my roots have been white and icy and my bottom parts of my hair are beige and creamy color. She said come back in 2 weeks to fix it with the highlights, but I don’t thinks she has any idea how to fix it. I have been doing my hair forever I don’t know why I did this mistake and went there and let her ruin my hair and pay $100 for roots colors and $29 for blow dry which when she finished with the blow drying my hair, my hair in root pars were still moist. Now I have to spend more money to even up my bottom parts with the roots. I’m very disappointed and I hope someone respond and refund my money.

I had a horrible haircut by an Indian woman. I walked out crying. Do not come here. She really screwed up my hair.

Sylvia is awesome! She is professional, knowledgeable and got me in so fast when I was in a hurry. She kept the salon very clean as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Im a lady and have been going here for a few years and all has been good until....first stylist seemed afraid to cut my hair. Other stylist took over, misunderstood my needs, my mask didnt help, and I left looking like a guy!!! Thank goodness its winter and I can wear a hat!!!!

Oz was amazing - found my new stylist! She is super talented and patient with her clients. Brings a positive energy and fun attitude to the appointment that I wasnt expecting i genuinely had so much fun and am stoked with the results of her wizardry.

Back in early March 2020 Delaina was my stylist and I got a haircut. The price was great. She did a really good job and made a good judgment call on the length that would be best for both my curly and straight hair styles. She was right! I definitely plan to return.

Awful Awful Awful! Never again. Booked my appt at 11:15am on 11/11 online as stated on the phone. The lady at the desk was so rude and said sorry I dont have you when I clearly had a confirmation on my phone which she didnt even bother to look at and ignored me. She wasnt sincere at all and kept saying sorry sorry I dont have you and kept interrupting. Its the system nothing I can do and walked away. Didnt even come up with a quick solution until I got frustrated. Always came here but no longer rather go to Lanas Hair Salon on westside from now on. Im not one to get annoyed or frustrated quickly but she clearly hit a button and needs to be trained in customer service.

Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend stylist Janet. She does a splendid job and takes her time. She also asks you if you are happy with the cut. If you want the cut shorter, she will cut it shorter.Definitely would also recommend her blow-drying. She has a a good hand.When Janet is not there, I definitely recommend Sylvia. She did a really good job trimming my fiances hair.

Went for a haircut, low-lites and touch of color on roots. I warm my color up in winter that is why low-lites. Was told no to the low lights, she gave me hi-lites. When done hair was so light you couldnt see hi-lites and I was a total ghost because I have light skin. She then put a dark color for which it had a gold base to it. I now looked like buster brown (no fooling) that is how brown it was along with red showing thru out my head. I left in tears but first she had to charge me for the haircut and blowdry ($37.00). Oh yes no hi-lites showed thru the brown hair.Beware if you are going to have color done because no one is a colorist in these stores. They look at a book and will ask you is this color alright. Just to let you know the swatches are not the same color as what is in the bottles.The store has 3 1/2 stars because most of the business is haircuts and what I saw it does not look like a good cut. If there is some hair out of place they just cut it off and the person does not know about until a few days later when they cant fix their hair correctly.Update - When I came home from the salon I dyed my hair again, that makes 3 times in 1 day. Nothing happened to the color. Now I waited until the following morning for which I am writing this now at 7:44 am, I dyed my hair again with a 9 blonde series of goldwell products and still nothing happened to lighten the dark brown hair that I never had in my life. I will be calling the owner of the salon to see if he would let another salon do hi-lites at no charge. I doubt that because it is all about a buck. The main message is what kind of products are being used on people if I cant change the color a bit after 2 more colorings. The reason for the hi-lite is because that is the only step that is left, it is straight bleach on the hair and that is what is used for hi-lites. There is no difference between level 10 coloring products and bleach.

I came here on 10/26/18 for a blow dry. Boy was I disappointed. This lady had my hair looking like one big fluffy frizz ball. Towards the end I said to her, I hope your not going to leave my hair this way, and then she had the nerve to tell me, well if you want the flat iron I have to charge you more. I told her Im not paying for something extra when you couldnt get it right the first time. Never again will Icome here when something so simple as a blow out couldnt even be done properly.

Way way too long when waiting. They have very little respect for orders and some people. However, they did give me an excellent haircut. But I’m extremely disappointed on how they keep people lost in time.

Terrible job do not know how to do haircuts. No supercuts more like super terrible haircuts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY GOES THERE. White lady was rough and doesnt know how to cut.

Went to the supercuts in jersey city which is new and looked clean and nice. The stylists listen to your specifics and do a nice job. Had a good experience here and on top of everything there’s free parking. 😊

Never again will I go to this supercuts. There was guy named carlton that worked their. He was a beast at cutting hair. Since he left they went down the drain. I wasnt even sitting in the chair 1/2 an hr and she was done. Told the lady skin tight fade. She gave me a number 1. The went so high up on my looks like all she did was just run. A number 2 all over my head. This the 3rd time. Thats it never again. I suggest not anyone go to supercuts

The owner Mr. dash from India is very unprofessional. The bathroom is never clean which leads to dirty bathroom meaning poor staff who doesnt take care of their salon. My son had caught ringworm from the machine which i had to call many places to try and get situated it was horrible i couldnt believe it lesson learned. The manager is very rude and gives poor services and poor professionalism. Ive been to many supercuts but this location is just dirty and a horrible staff. I never write reviews but i had to on this hudson mall location. Be very careful the machineds that cut your hair are clean so you dont go through what i went through with ringworm. The staff is the worst ive ever seen including the money hungry owner who just worries about money and not your service.
