I made the best decision on choosing to come here to Jeromes jackson Hewitt, she got me a great return and besides all that she was easy to talk to friendly and helpful i would recommend coming here to everyone.

No one will return a call. Been trying for over two weeks. I get a recording. I leave name phone number, all they ask for a no one will respond

Take your taxes elsewhere. Ashley not only messed up my Dad’s taxes but is extremely rude and unprofessional as well.

This is our second year using Chris M. @JH inside the Walmart in Jerome. Reason being that last year she got us the MAX on our tax refunds with Lil perks as well....if you want the most back from Uncle Sam do yourself a favor and go see Chris!

The people who work there dont even know what theyre doing!Going somewhere else next year.
