Went through them one time!! I was told I would be charged $30 a month to use their trash can now a couple months later got a bill from them for $300 because they were charging me $100 not 30$ a month!! Horrible service and lies!! Never will use them again!! Now suing me for the 300$ now its 1,015$ they are a joke

Western Waste is by far the best trash company out there. Their expertise in the field and with customer service is beyond any expectation that could be set. All their staff are friendly, and when you call they are there. As the Branch Supervisor of Connections Credit Union, I am extremely impressed with the level of service we have been given. We are doing a complete overhaul remodel right now, and anytime we call to get the roll off dumped they are there, as well as any other service that has been needed. I recommend them to anyone and everyone for any service they provide. Thanks Western Waste for all you do for us and the Community!

I was confused about a bill and called to see what was going on. This is the first poor review I have ever left a company. When I called, the woman was so defensive (as if I were accusing her of misconduct) and so incredibly rude. I would recommend going elsewhere. We are now withPSI, with whom, we are very happy.

Never thought I could love a trash company... Western Waste is Amazing! When my kids forget to put the trash out our driver will come up to the house get the cans, dump the cans and put them back!The office staff is great to deal with and when one of our trash cans cracked they sent out a new can the next day!Customer Service is out of this world!

I have been happy with our service from Western Waste for years. There have been a few times that I have forgotten to take my trash to the curb and the driver has actually walked up my long driveway and taken it out for me. It is service like that that makes me a loyal customer.

Our trash is just taken care of. I dont even have to think about it. Couldnt ask for better service!
