We run a non profit organization and have been waiting on a part for our freezer that they have been telling us for the last 5 months that it is on back order and the people have to make it. Today when we called to check on it we were told that part is obsolete and he cussed us out. What a terrible way to treat people. I cant believe theyve been lying to us about this for so long everytime we call!!
