I came into the store cause I was having problems charging my phone.. Ended up with a brand new phone, brand new plan and incredible deal because my sales rep was amazing! She was very down to earn in explaining things I I need to understand them, very friendly and extremely helpful in setting up everything for me to use immediately!

I was due for an upgrade and so I decided to go with the Android versus the iPhone because of all the new features that he explained to me! Today, I met with Justin, whom couldnt have been a better consultant to work with! He gave me all the professional feedback that I needed to know about every phone in the store. After going into the store thinking I was going to purchase a Samsung Galaxy 7s, he gave me all of his opinions about it, and I actually ended up leaving with a LG V10 and I couldnt be more happy with my decision! At the end of January me and my fiance did the switch to Verizon promotion. Up to $650 per line sounded like a good deal at the time because AT&T just wasnt cutting it. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by an employee named Justin. We sat down with him and began our process to get the switch taken care of. A few days after submitting the final bill I got an email saying things were missing. After a few phone calls to customer service I found out that Justin has been entering things the wrong way and not submitting all of the necessary documents in order for the switch to work. Now we cant pay off at&t and customer service says there is nothing they can do about it and the switch department isnt helping us out at all. Verizons switch promotion is a joke and there employees need to be better trained when starting something new.

On July 11th, my old Samsung finally crashed and wouldnt take a charge. All of my photos and contacts were unretrievable! I brought my phone into the Jennings store where Lacy Thomas worked diligently until she was able to get it charging. After charging it over night, I returned and Joshua Hebert continued the professional and consciencous service. He worked 2 and a half hours making sure everything was saved and that I purchased the right products and options for my personal needs. Ive been with Veriozion for 13 years, and though Ive always been pleased with their service, this was by far the most impressive assistance. Thanks Veriozion, for choosing such fabulous employees, every customer that walked in there was treated with respect and dignity!
