The team at the Jenks USPS office is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I dont believe I have ever experienced a better USPS team! Team member Theresa did a fantastic job guiding us through passport app processes and ensuring that our pics met all regulatory requirements.
We couldn’t be more pleased at the Jenks Post Office and our passport process. Teresa is great & took good care of us! We drove from Skiatook just to get her expertise! Refreshing experience.
I am giving a 1 star because there’s NO way to get in contact with a real person over the phone. I’ve been receiving the WRONG mail for the past few weeks and needed to bring this to their attention. I’ve also checked with my fellow neighbors and they are also NOT receiving their correct mail. Please address this promptly. And fix it so your customers can contact you directly and not have to listen to a robot. Signed a concerned citizen.
Not very busy. Friendly staff. They take passport photos and will take applications but must take appointment.They were very helpful when 2 years ago we had to take pictures of my very squirmy 2 year old.They have post offices boxes to rent, stamps and retail services. It is a modest sized post office with drive up drop boxes on the west side of the building.
Ordered an item from a local Jenks business. They dropped package off and it sit in Jenks post office 5 days without being scanned in and received. Filed a complaint of stolen mail, and package was recieved within hours. Other reviews show this is pretty typical for the location. Not sure if location is understaffed, employees dont care about the quality of their work, or a combination of both. I am so tired of poor service from the USPS and no improvement in sight. Guess that is how socialism works.
I want to recognize a specific employee. Their name is Jae. They are always wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. Jaes customer service is always top notch as well as great knowledge about services.
All of the ladies who worked with us were sweeties. The one who helped process passports was extremely patient as well.
Got kicked out at 12:03 P.M. on a Saturday when I was next in line to drop off two prepaid, already-labeled packages. There were at least 30 people behind me, and I had been waiting for quite a while. There was only one person working the desk. No warning to everyone waiting. No one went to lock the door so that folks would stop coming in. And I was basically chastised with a scowl from the person working the desk for being there after noon, although the lady in front of me was treated fine.Unfortunately, this is my local post office. Most folks that work there are good people. Whoever this person is should not have a job that requires working with customers. You can at least be respectful.
This post office is the friendliest best location around. Love all the employees and I never once have issues over 4 years now using them. Dont listen to the ridiculous reviews about masks that is not an issue to write a terrible review about. It has nothing to do with the business, that issue is only temporary, but yet your review last a lifetime. Dont be a jerk people.
We had an incredible experience today getting passports for our family! We have 2 young boys and the process was very quick and simple. I was extremely surprised that it was such a good experience. I didnt get the name of the guy that served us, however his conversation and care helped make this as painless as possible! Thank you!
I found the service to be very good and the people very nice. My problem is that none of the workers were wearing mask. I just will not understand why we as a community cant seem to do the right thing. This is on ALL of us.
The carriers wont get out of their vehicles to deliver mail had a car parked on the street in front of the house the went to get mail he just kept driving when did the postal service become so lazy

Walked in at 11:30am to do passport application. Watched the lady help the gentleman in front of me. As soon as I was done she told my husband, no I have to go to lunch. Come back later. Now unless the post office shuts down for lunch, Im pretty sure I shouldnt have been denied service. Ive worked in customer service and had to take late lunches until customers are taken care of. Its part of the job. My husband was only available for his lunch break today and we thought wed planned this perfectly to get it taken care of. Unfortunately customers do not come first here.I will upgrade to 3 and no higher, it took 3 attempts to get this done. FYI they do not do passports at all on Saturday. Jenks is a growing town and definitely needs more support to satisfy the population. Maybe some signage to show what hours they offer for passport support, rather than just generally being available, as that is not true.
This is my favorite post office. Its a tough job, and these friendly people do it better than most. This crew is definitely not just in it to do the bare minimum--they take ownership of their work.
This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. They do not pay attention at all. They misdeliver mail to the wrong address quite frequently. Now, Im moving out of state next week so I set up mail forwarding. Im expecting a check in the mail so, I set it to start forwarding next week so I have time to receive it. They just went ahead and started forwarding it early! So, I called to ask if I really didnt have mail this week. Postmaster told me there was some stuff and it would be delivered today and they would make sure to deliver through the rest of the week. Mail truck came today. Guess what? No mail again today. I called them back again and now hes telling me he told me IF there was any mail for me it would be delivered and there was no mail for me today. Thats incorrect. So now, my check is lost somewhere in mail limbo. Thanks, Jenks Post Office. So glad Im moving.

You geniuses folded and creased an antique portrait of my great, great grandparents instead of dropping it at the door like any decent postman would do. It even said DO NOT CREASE OR BEND on the package. I have had nothing but problems with this post office. My mail is SLOW and the postmen are incompetent idiots!
Was very disappointed when I had to go inside post office today to find I wore my mask in respect for the workers, but none of the workers had a mask on. Please wear a mask!
I’m normally at the post office at least 3 times a week as I mail letters often. I enjoy seeing the same faces as I come in. The staff here are very helpful and friendly as well! It just drives me nuts when parents from the High School there use that parking lot.
We consistently receive mail for other addresses and vice versa. Packages mailed from the Jenks Post Office always take longer to arrive at their destination than when mailed from the Post Office on Sheridan. Avoid this location if at all possible!
This is a A establishment with C- workers behind the desk. Worst experience almost every time I go in there. Ive been lied to by the clerks, always spend and insane amount of time there. Ive had important mail not be delivered due to misguided info by the desk workers who only pretend to help if its convenient for them. Never had an issue with my mail carriers or main lady who is always there. I feel sorry their incompetent workers who face the public reflect poorly on establishment. I waited a total of 2 hrs to make a complaint over the phone, which would most likely result to me wasting more time.
Nicest postal workers ever. Small office, clean and organized. Just a nice small town post office with friendly staff. Remember, if you are disrespectful to the staff they have no reason to go out of their way to be friendly towards you.
Made appointment to get passports for 2 kids. Followed instructions posted online. We were in & out in 15 minutes. Joy was great!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Called before we went over to have our passports renewed. Joy and Michael both were very friendly, place was clean and they greeted you as you walked in the door.

I had two packages show delivered on Saturday March 4th yet no mail was received at all to the mailbox as indicated on the tracking information. When I called to inquire I was told that the ping from the scanner showed scanned at my driveway. No suggestions on what I should do just a continues response of nothing wrong on our end.....okay I highly doubt my neighbors want my contact lenses. Our neighbors did receive our letters that day but no packages. The postal worked could have said, Ill check with your carrier and see if they were left on the truck but no just a continuous basically not my problem response. Will now have everything shipped either UPS or to my office.
Great location, very clean, good PO box prices. This is probably my most favorite post office in Tulsa County, although I have not been to every single post office in the county.
Worst post office I have ever seen. Lazy. Disrespectful. The reason for their lack of success in delivery of postage. Received missed package notice for certified mail....in my mail box. So apparently you hang out in your mailbox to get certified mail these days and not in your house (Have been home waiting ALL DAY!!!). Best part is cant be reached until Monday. Awesome. Ship using anybody else beside the USPS. Wish there was a minus rating for these guys.
Very mixed reactions with the staff. Some are quite helpful with others being borderline sarcastic and demining towards customers. Shipping rates are the same as UPS but here has flat rate shipping.

Worst experience ever at a post office. Sent a tracked signature letter 10 days ago. Never delivered. No tracking available. Went to this location where it was mailed. They couldnt track and would not refund. Recommended I drive to another store in Tulsa to look for my letter. Not my job. Someone needs to retire this rude old lady! They made me pay again to resend the letter. Worst customer service ever. No wonder usps is on the chopping block.
Manager had a bad attitude after taking forever to look up my packages and instead of leaving it at the door or keeping it at the post office these geniuses folded my package with my book in half and crammed it in the tiny mailbox! I live few miles away at the edge of Jenks city limits but also pay for Jenks school taxes, besides those of Tulsa. One of these days I was passing by and needed to drop my letter that day. I was told in a sarcastic way by the manager that my zip code is Tulsa and I should leave my letter in other post office. Huhn????The staff is very unfriendly and I have encounter bad attitudes every time in the few times I stopped by.They also never scan the packages. There is no tracking at all. I believe we pay too many taxes - in Tulsa and for Jenks schools. The USPS has raised postal fees every six months or annually and the service got worse. Government jobs should not be a job for life or vitalicious. The unions were meant to protect employees but became a reason for employees abuses. Government jobs should be be subject to the same rules as any other jobs: If one does not do the job properly, fire him/her.Hello administration: Tulsa and Jenks grew up a lot and need more post offices available. Give jobs to those who honor our country and really want to work.

Long lines and very unfriendly staff. To be fair 20 percent of the staff is helpful. Jenks is a fast growing community and in need of a larger post office.

I order, something a while ago and it took me almost 2months for me to get my package. Also, I just recently order something and I was hoping it wasnt with Jenks P.O apparently so anyhow the product I had ordered off of amazon website said it is in my mail box I went to go check it and it wasnt there not even a certified card. I will call their post office tomorrow. This is ridiculous, why cant they just leave the package in the mailbox? Hell after all, its just a small little damn package!!!!!!!!!!! Something needs to be done about Jenks P.O
