Five Oaks Lodge provided a beautiful wedding day for us. They exceeded every single one of our expectations. Nicole was extremely flexible in planning our wedding with me living out of state. I was able to meet twice in person to discuss layout, and details. She brought details to my attention that I hadnt even thought of! She even mailed me table cloth fabric samples to make sure I chose colors I loved. They had a huge selection of fabric textures and colors to choose from for table cloths, and also an entire wardrobe full of votives, candles, and other accessories to decorate your tables with. The day of the wedding turned out to be a drizzly gray day, and we had anticipated an outdoor ceremony. Five Oaks was wonderful in flipping to an indoor site, and it turned out much more beautiful than I had imagined. They provided drapery to keep me a surprise from my groom before walking down the aisle, and the rustic lodge beams with twinkle lights provided a fairy tale aesthetic. I loved it. After the ceremony, they quickly flipped the entire venue while we took pictures with our guests, for the reception. The tables were set perfectly. The food during the reception was delicious, and the staff was wonderful at serving, cleaning, and refilling drinks. I really appreciated that they set aside to-go boxes of food, and cake for me and my groom, and put it in a nice canvas, personalized bag for us. The whole day was seamless, and thanks to Five Oaks great professionalism, we were able to soak in each special moment of our wedding, without having to lift a finger. Nicole and Janet made everything go smoothly from planning to the day of the event. My husband and I live out of state so our daughter and fiance planned and worked with Nicole.. Very accommodating, professional, friendly, helpful. Food was delicious. They do all the set up and clean up. Worth it! The venue is beautiful.

This is a gorgeous venue! We had our work Christmas party there. This is our second year to do so. The catering staff is great and so attentive. It was in the evening but could see the water in the moonlight off the rear deck. This would also be a great wedding/reception venue!

I loved having my wedding here! Not only is the venue gorgeous but also the staff is excellent! They go above and beyond to be accommodating. Nicole is prompt to return any messages- which I sent her a lot through the months leading up to my wedding. She was so understanding and Welcomed any questions/ concerns, eager to do anything to help ease my peace of mind.The day of my wedding, I got so many compliments! How beautiful the venue and grounds are, and about how good the food is! Some remarked it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Speaking of food, the staff is also great about understanding dietary restrictions, which was helpful for myself and many of my guests that have food allergies.Many of my guests were also were raving about the wine, taking pictures of the label so they could purchase it themselves.Choosing to have my wedding here was one of the easiest and best decisions I made when planning my wedding! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Five Oaks Lodge.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nicole. She is so skilled and experienced with planning perfect events! We had a VERY short timeline for our wedding (about 3 months) and she helped us plan a beautiful evening that our guests are still commenting on. She was always responsive, prepared, and helpful. The staff the night of our wedding were very friendly and the food was great. Again, such a beautiful venue and no regrets at all about choosing Five Oaks Lodge for our wedding!

Very beautiful and relaxing.

It was the perfect place for my daughters wedding. Gorgeous fall setting, delicious food, cozy, personal feeling even with 180 guests. Nicole is the best. Attentive to every detail, responds so fast to every question, but most of all shes just plain fun to work with and wants your event to be as special as you do. Our guests came from all over the country and raved about every part of the evening. It was incredible to actually be able to enjoy every moment and not worry about anything. (Most mothers of the bride cant say that!) Cant recommend it enough!

We held your wedding and reception at Five Oaks over this last weekend and it was absolutely amazing! Everyone went above and beyond to get everything in order. Beautiful!! I attended a wedding here and the staff did a great job!! They had it decorated very nicely. The food was great and you hardly noticed the staff walking around cleaning up dishes.

Oh my-where to begin. Five Oaks was our absolute dream venue. We could not have been happier on our wedding day.In Fall 2016, we had both our wedding ceremony and reception at this stunning venue. I am from Oklahoma and my husband is from NJ. Our guests, both local and from the East Coast, were amazed by the beautiful fall foliage, the cozy rustic lodge and the gorgeous deck overlooking the lake.I could rave on and on about how the venue allowed us to truly escape from the real world on our wedding day, but the property speaks for itself.I want to use this review to emphasize how amazing Nicole is to work with. Not only is she hilarious and totally pleasant to work with, but she saved me from having to hire a wedding coordinator. I was planning this wedding while working across the country in NJ, and I was SO relieved to be in such good hands with Nicole. She thought of everything and was always available to answer my numerous questions.And the food. The food was incredible. Our East Coast friends and family had high expectations. They had traveled far and many were used to going to very over-the-top receptions in NYC/NJ. Let me tell you-they raved about the food. In the days following my wedding, I received endless comments about how this was the best wedding meal theyve ever had. Five Oaks takes comfort food and presents it in a totally elegant way. The macncheese is unreal and the BBQ chicken & brisket were cooked to perfection. And do not miss out on the brownies. We ordered them in addition to our cake because they were too good to pass up!I cant say enough good things about my experience... wish I could re-live that day over and over. Dont miss out on this amazing venue and team!

Excellent place for events. Friendly staff. Food is excellent. How the chef pull it off I dont know because it is hard to keep banquet food quality up.

We LOVE 5 Oaks. We attended a wedding there and the food was not only exceptional, but the staff was attentive. Great wine list at the bar, beautiful view, just great all around. Very professional organization, close to Tulsa, but when youre out there, it feels like youre in Colorado.

I would recommend Five Oaks Lodge to anyone looking to host a wedding or special event. We were very pleased with our decision to hold our wedding and reception there.First, the property is beautiful. The lodge is rustic, yet elegant, both inside and out. Inside, the grand fireplace is a romantic and dramatic focal point for the room. Outside the lodge, the grounds are gorgeous. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into the landscape. There are so many pretty, mature trees. We were married in front of the lake. We had a spectacular sunset the day of our wedding. Many of our guests were seated on the back deck of the lodge for the reception. The deck overlooks the water and is a very pretty setting in itself.Second, the food! We received so many compliments on the food. We requested their signature mac & cheese as a side item for the reception. Cheese is my love language, so it was definitely my favorite! Everything, the salad, chicken, brisket, and rolls, was excellent. The brisket in particular, was very popular with our guests. We were able to serve a hearty meal for a reasonable price. Five Oaks is definitely known around town for their wonderful food. They didnt disappoint!Finally, and most importantly, Nicole! Nicole, the coordinator at Five Oaks, knows how to put together a wedding! She was very helpful as we picked our linens, choose our menu and created our timeline. She has an eye for detail. Nicole offered great advice every step of the way. She was incredibly prompt and professional...answering our emails and calls quickly. I plan large corporate dinners for my job and Nicole is by far the best coordinator I have worked with. She also is conscious of your budget. She will help you plan a beautiful event, but make sure you stay within your parameters.In closing, the setting and food at Five Oaks are top notch, but what really makes the place special is the service from Nicole and her staff!!!
