I went to get my phone upgraded at the AT&T store on Veterans Parkway, and Jordan was SO kind and helpful! Jordan was helping and welcoming immediately upon my arrival to the store, until I finished getting my new phone. They were very knowledgeable about the different plans and offerings I could upgrade to for my iPhone, and simultaneously knew everything to help another customer with their Android. I have never left a google review but had to because Jordan provided such excellent customer service and deserves recognition, a raise, and could honestly teach courses and write the handbook on how to provide the best customer service! Thank you Jordan! 😄

I recently got married and had to transfer my phone to my husband’s plan. Bailey was super helpful and informative with the transfer of my phone and helping me set up my new device. She was very personable and I felt very comfortable with Bailey as she was assisting us. She’s very kind and you can tell she’s great at her job. Went to get my phone that had shipped there. They closed at 7. I arrived at 6:15 and the doors were locked. She said they were leaving because she lived in Corydon and the other was going home (who happened to be the mgr). I said we are simply there to get our phone and turn this one in. She walked back to the back room and they walked out and said it didn’t get delivered. It did because we received notification from carrier and ATT. I told them we were going to need to place a tracer on the phone and ironically they said wait until tomorrow sometimes they show up the next day and the carrier says it arrives but it doesn’t. (Um, I work for the carrier). We went the next day got the phone after they looked for 10 mins (no organization) and he confirmed the phone arrived the day it was supposed to (yesterday). Basically they didn’t want to help a customer who spent $1600 (iPad and phone) because they wanted to close the store 45 mins early and leave. Another store told me that ATT store on Veterans Parkway is a hot mess and to never go back. Amen.

Great store! We always go to this store and ask for Ben. Ben, is our service assistant that we like. He has helped us multiple times with all of our phones and media devices. Ben is very knowledgeable, he knows the products, the devices and the service plans. He takes his time, answers all of our questions and helps us get the most for our money. Still a fantastic store. I stopped by Thursday and talked to Brian. I asked a lot of questions about my plan and upgrades eligible on my plan. He was very helpful even though I wasnt spending any money right then. He also let me know about current sales that would save me a lot of money.. I brought my boyfriend back with me the next day to finish choosing phone, tablet, and a new smart watch.~~~~The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always go here rather than the corporate AT&T store because they want to help you here. Just remember, there are some issues you need to visit a corporate store to sort out and it isnt this stores fault that AT&T doesnt authorize them to help. The only upset customers I ever saw were ones that didnt want to visit the corporate store to get help.

I recently came in on a Friday evening to purchase accessories, not realizing it was near closing time. A young man, Phillip helped me out. He didnt rush me, even staying a few minutes late to help me decide! Phillip was most helpful and respectful young man...very refreshing, you dont see that often these days! Will definitely go back to this location for future needs

Had a great experience in getting a tablet today with Sean at this store. He was super helpful with explaining how the billing would be which is where I usually get lost on how things will be charged. Always helpful here. Can help with TV, interenet, and wireless products. They were able to give me a detailed quote on TV and interbet and had me set up in a matter of minutes.

We just left the AT&T store here looking to switch and the guy with the curly mustache was incredibly rude to us! We were interested in the gophone and they guy told us no the prepaid is horrible but proceeds to tell us for bring an S6 over from another network and for 5GB of coverage it will cost $180. Thats ridiculous! And we were looking at phones and he kept giving us dirty looks. I will never stop here again!

Ive been with AT&T for about 16 years and always been happy with there service until I went to this store. Friday February 16th I went there to buy a new phone and I was told about the buy one get one free iPhone 8. I purchased the iPhone 8 plus and went back Sunday the 18th to take advantage of the free iPhone for my wife. She wanted the 8 plus so it cost $250 with the $700 credit. The next day I realized I was charged taxes for the full amount of the phone for the asking price $950 and not taxed on the amount of $250. I called the corporate office and asked about this and she said they cant tax you for the full price of the phone and that she would make detailed notes to my account for this store to read telling them to refund my money I over paid. So I went back to the store and explained my situation and he didnt even care to read what the corporate office had to say in my notes and said I would not be refunded. I asked if I chose the iPhone 8 instead of the 8 plus would I have been taxed on the 800 and he said yes. Ive never heard of in my life paying taxes on free stuff. He also told me that nothing was free and even though I was told I was only going to be paying $250 for the phone I would actually be paying full price of the phone that AT&T would get all there money somehow. I couldnt believe what I was hearing! So now I have a problem with the amount Im actually going to be paying for the phone also! So I asked him if he was buying a car from me and I was asking 10k and he talked me down to 5k would he be upset if I taxed him for the full amount of 10k? I got know response to that! As I could see we wasnt going to make progress I asked one final question before leaving and asked about returning the phone. He said if you planning on returning the phone to switch to another carrier there will be a $45 dollar restocking fee for each phone! I left and called corporate office again and I told them everything this guy told me from the phone not actually being free and I would pay the full amount and that he wouldnt refund me my over paid taxes. She said this guy was lying! I also told them about the $45 restocking fee and she said the guy is wrong its only $35! She told me to return both phones and to call the corporate office when I arrived so they could talk to them and that AT&T would cover my restocking fee for both phones! I will be returning both iPhones and the two phone cases and Ill never deal with AT&T again. I was lied to and scammed so beware to all who goes into this store! According to this store nothing is free and you will be paying the full amount and taxed on free phones!

My wife and I used this store when we switched our wireless service to ATT and the process went incredibly smoothly. The person that helped us was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. We ended up going back and adding Direct TV and Uverse internet to our package and weve been extremely satisfied every step of the way.

I bought a phone at this store back in August and locked myself out of it today. I went into the store and their manager Austin worked and worked and worked on my phone to get it fixed. Unfortunately what I had done was beyond repair, but he helped me out with a warranty claim. Im kind of helpless with technology, but I will always go back to this store because they take such good care of their customers.
