I called Rick Love two days ago and told him what my sewing machine was doing. He said he’d check it out and would probably be able to have it back to me in a couple of days. The other place I called wanted to charge more and said I’d have to wait THREE WEEKS to get it back. Totally unacceptable. Everyone who does any sewing knows nobody wants to wait that long to get their machine back to finish a project you were in the middle of.Rick called me the day after I dropped it off to let me know it was ready for pick up. His price was reasonable, he was polite and did a great job. Without a doubt I would use his repair service again. Highly recommend him.
My threader was out of whack on my baby lock, had taken it to a repair shop in lou.,(certified Baby lock repair person) paid and got home wasnt fixed. found rick at pal shop.so thrilled with what he did and i put my serger in for repair. he does a great job and isnt greedy. i have 4 machines and 2 sergers, he will get all my business from now on. Thank you Rick!!!
Mr. Rick was very nice and professional. I had my machine back within 4 hours and this was after 6 shops in Louisville told me 3 to 4 weeks. My issue was operator error ( new sewer) and he did not gouge me or make up repairs. He charged me a fair price for going over it and went over several things with me when I picked it up. Highly recommend.
I bought a used sewing machine from him and when I had problems with it 2 weeks later he invited me come back to fix it. When he didnt know how to fix it he gave me another (better) machine to replace the broken one at no additional cost.
