The Nursery is very well layed out, which makes it pretty just to look at! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a ton of plants, shrubs, and trees. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices are higher than many other places. I dont know if there is any type of guarantee since they didnt tell me about any and I forgot to ask. They do have a free preferred customer you can sign up for which gives occasional discounts of 10% off.

Starting new formal front garden in historic neighborhood. Prices are great. Plant quality is superior and they have been family owned.and operated for over a hundred years. Thats right. Garden Ridge knows how it is done. Staff is super friendly and helpful displays are fresh. From water gardens, landscaping small and large they have you covered.

This is an excellent place to purchase your hearts desire for your garden or landscaping. Hugh variety of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, hanging baskets and more. Nice gift shop area too with some unique item you dont see at other garden centers.I recieved an 8 weeping cherry tree as a Mothers Day gift that is inexcellent condition and guaranteed for a full year if you follow planting and general care instructions.It may be a bit pricier than some places but the quality is much better!

This is the best nursery I’ve found in the area, they have good help and have the healthiest and widest selection of plant starts in the area.

Major letdown. While lots of plants, prices werent amazing and the selection was rather bleak across the board. Nothing more than average even though it seemed it was a big establishment.

Jeffersonvilles best nursery. They have a great selection, fair prices, and a pleasant staff to work with. I have had good luck with their plants over there years. It is a very pleasant place just to wonder in. They also do landscape work and design.

I have never been treated so rude and disrespectfully in my life...and by the OWNER himself! (David 😱) My family and I walked in, social distancing when David, the owner blasted us. This is a disgrace to our American freedoms, and we will never step foot in his store again.

Ella had taken my shrubs order saturday come sunday to pick up was in and out within 10min the older lady that went to every greenhouse to find the fire chief arbs for me was super sweet and nice. You guys are awesome ty soo much

Very courteous and knowledgeable of the various plants. Donna is extremely knowledgeable, and will answer all your questions. All the staff is nice. They have a really wide range selection of plants. Some of their potted plants are a little expensive, but on many you can purchase your own little starter plants and put your own basket or pot together and save money.

Maybe the its normal in this area, but the plants here are way over-priced comparing nurseries in Indianapolis. I was shopping for tropical hibiscus tree. Nursery in Indy priced them $28 and Walnut ridge $50... They also dont carry many plant varieties. I looked at Japanese maples. Nurseries in Indy carry 20+ different varieties and Walnut Ridge only had 3. I drove an hour to here to shop for plants. Not impressed at all by their plant selections and pricing. Not recommended.

Friendly staff, great products, and good variety!

We have used Walnut Ridge for about 11 years for our landscaping service about twice a year. Their work is excellent and if something is not exactly like we want, he always had made it right. Brian always goes above and beyond with taking care of us. He really makes our customer service experience above par. He even shares his private cellphone. Highly recommend!-P Breeding

Nice people, with a huge selection of everything you could possibly need for landscaping your home, or building your garden. The staff here is willing to help you with ideas and will supply you to build it yourself, or for those bigger jobs, they will come out to your project and build it for you.
