A hidden gem and a 1000 times better than the Louisville location. Fast and efficient I was seen on time and Natalie took several fingerprint cards in 10 minutes. They have the ability to do electronic fingerprints as well. They are in a small storefront that lists a medical clinic bc they provide other services as well. Park in the parking lot by the small auto store next door - it is next to a Thorntons and a car wash.

What an amazing office who accepted healthcare workers in need of fingerprints and expedition of transition to help the nation during this pandemic. I do want to mention an amazing employee, Natalie, who was there on the front-line helping healthcare workers and those in need, working late hours, since they are open until 7 and it was only one employee on many of us. Thank you, Natalie, for your service, and this office should be grateful to have such an AMAZING employee. Guys, this is the place to go!

Natalie was a LIFE SAVER!!! I was struggling to get my fingerprints to the Indiana Bar in order to take the Bar Exam. I had the fingerprints made on paper in Kentucky and mailed them to the Bar. They sent them back to me and said they had to be electronically submitted to the Ind State Police. I could not figure out how to do that on the web site so I called the 800 number. After holding for 20 minutes I was disconnected! Then I went back to the location in Louisville where I originally had the paper prints made. They said I needed to drive to Indiana to get help there. The Indiana office is extremely hard to find and I was at witts end by the time I got here. Natalie listened to my story and helped me register and send the prints as needed. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER HELP!!! She is an absolute ANGEL!!!! Identogo is lucky to have her. She DESERVES A PROMOTION!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, I applied for my ccw and paid 12 dollars to be scheduled for finger printing, I arrived and all the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. Ridiculous they took my money and time to drive 40 minutes out here for nothing.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have chose that. Their customer service is terrible. I drove over a hour to get my fingerprints taken. And when I got there I wasn’t in the system but have proof that I set up an appointment and took a screenshot of the verification. So I had to drive all the way back home without the fingerprint. Terrible company!!! Terrible customer service!!! Hope someone contacts me from this but I highly doubt it because that would be to professional.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of the world the lady was two and a half hours late to work today and everybody who had an appointment just had to wait an extra two and a half hours for her and then she wasnt even ready to start work when she got there turned away a woman who had waited for two hours because she showed that it wasnt in her system as having an appointment today but then whenever she updated her system there yeah there was she had an appointment todaythen when you finally get up there then she acts like you didnt pay even though you can show a picture that you did pay know that still doesnt count you still have to pay again cuz shes got extort more money out of you now
