Spoke with Ben about cleaning three rooms for my daughter and son-in-laws home which he quoted me a price. My son-in-law met Stewart’s Carpet Cleaning yesterday for them to clean and he ONLY cleaned one room for the price quoted even though we discussed all three rooms for that price. His quote was comparable to other quotes I received for the three rooms. Very disappointed on the bait and switch. GET YOUR QUOTE IN WRITING with this company. Extremely disappointed. Now we have to spend more money on renting a machine and taking the time to do it ourselves.

Wonderful service. We recently got both our furniture and carpet cleaned through Stewart. We were very pleased with the results and that they were able to accommodate getting us an appointment within a reasonable time. Prices are excellent. My only suggestion/recommendation to the company is to provide their customers with some booties after carpet cleaning to not soil the newly cleaned carpet and to be able to walk around after being serviced. Also, for the person who is cleaning should wear booties while cleaning themselves. They were very careful not to step where they cleaned, but we dont wear shoes in our house to begin with so it was odd that the person cleaning our carpet wore shoes in the house. Thats my only nit pick and suggestion that they should incorporate that practice.

Ben Stewart is who we use for our furniture cleaning. We have a nice cream colored sectional which can get dirty from time to time due to company and pets. I call them, set up a time, and even leave a key for them to come and go because they have earned my trust over time. He also cleans my dryer vents and my air ducts once a year to reduce in home allergens. Highly recommend Ben because he is clean with his work, and has been doing this for 30 years.

Ben and crew are wonderful to work with! They saved our snow white carpet from our potty training puppy!!! They also cleaned all the ductwork in our (new to us) 30year old house... Thanks guys!

Ben is awesome!!! He is fast, kind, and professional. We had two new labrador puppies that were being trained and made a pretty good mess on our carpets. He cleaned our carpets so good that we didnt have to replace them. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I have a number of rental homes in the local area. There are times when I think that my tenants have left my carpets totally trashed. Ben has been able to save them every time with his multi cleaning techniques and spot removals. He is always on time and his word is golden. I can always count on him to do what he says he will do. He cleaned over 300 chairs at our church and they looked like new. Most importantly, my wife wont use anyone else !

Horrible carpet cleaning, and unprofessional. The tools that were used we’re outdated, no matter how cheap they are your better off going with a more quality carpet cleaning company so that they will stand behind their product. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Needs improvement!!
