I am just starting my experience with Hanger. I can not be pleased with the kindness, respect and interest they show in me. I had a very unpleasant experience at a place in Metairie and this place can not be more opposite. You will be glad you came here. I am positive!!!

This has been the most aggravating experience I have ever had getting orthotics for my son. They dont know if they are ready or not, cant figure out billing and the orthotics dont even fit correctly. So I had to have them fixed somewhere else. I ordered them in July and here we are in October and I still dont have the other set. They need to have a better system.

I have had a very frustrating experience with this business. I went to them with a prescription for custom orthotics. After a very quick fitting and a couple of questions, they said the orthotics would be ready in about a week. After a MONTH the orthotics were printed and ready for a fitting. They were wrong; did not offer enough support. So they offered to reprint them, ok, sure. I was promised the new set in four days. Well I suffered through eleven more days of foot pain before I got another call. Then it became very difficult to schedule an appointment because the man who does fittings (sticking an orthotic in the shoe and asking you if it feels right) is only in the office a couple of days a week. I have an appointment on Friday (four more days from now) but honestly Im about ready to go somewhere else. Im very frustrated and I just want to feel better.
