Couple good guys in the new Orleans place. They can run a folk lift better than anyone I ever seen. Loaded my truck and a asked me if I thought the load was going to work out. I said it was good and they said be safe.

I want to start off by saying I had an awesome experience with my delivery today. Please show Christopher (delivery man) much recognition. He totally rocked it! He is very professional and went above and beyond. He delivered my Lifetime 6446 storage shed, extremely heavy btw. Id asked him if he could bring it to my backyard and he took care of it without hesitation. Saia is lucky to have such a great employee as Christopher. Great job!!!!👍

Terrific service.One of the employees, Darwin, went above and beyond the call if duty to help me load some solar panels into a minivan, a nearly impossible task. Give this man a bonus or a promotion. It was late on a Friday afternoon, yet he cheerfully helped me. What a great employee! The whole place is run very efficiently for a freight terminal--laid out very customer friendly for everything from home consumer pickups like mine to big industrial deliveries. I wont hesitate to use them again!

Never answered my questions. Have had my package for 2 days and will not deliver it for another week. Pickup is not allowed. Have to make a delivery reservation. Only asked which day next week would be good. Time estimate is during the hours most people are at work. Worst shipping experience I have had to date.

I had a delivery made. Delivery drive says he only has to drop everything at end of my driveway. This is after I paid for it to be put under my carport. The driver was rude saying he doing a favor by dropping packages under my carport. Never will use this company again and I will advise everyone I know of this.
