My order was late and I too was frustrated but when I sent an email to the company, Sarah immediately responded. She explained the shipping delays they were experiencing and if I did not receive my package within 2-3 additional days, she would refund the entire order. Sarah was the most pleasant and professional customer service rep I have ever spoken to. She corrected the issue and I could no longer be upset! I was not used to customer service being so accommodating! I received my (frozen) food order and will have no problem ordering from them again!!

Just received my order which was placed on 6 Apr 2021. It may have started out as a frozen order but when I opened the container there was no dry ice. The temp of the order was 80 degrees plus. The crayfish pies, the mini crayfish pies were all a bag of mush! The Muffulettas were not frozen as well and were at 80 degrees. Called asap with no response. Looking for a complete refund. The dry goods got here by USPS a week before the rush/frozen. Three weeks for the frozen order to get here. I will Never order from this place again. 😒

This site is a scam on the highest level ...ordered hot sausages patties and after a three week period no tracking number recieved nor was product delivered....resolution to rectify poor service unresponsive and a complete financial loss...service awful....professionalism nonexistent...beware at all cost ..avoid during business on this site...

I ordered hot sausage from this company. Paid for express shipping and received my order 5 days later. My hot sausage was sour. Still waiting on my refund.

I have placed two orders with NOLACajun and both orders were either not delivered or delivered after the specified delivery date even though I paid the required shipping charge for the specified delivery date. My last order placed for delivery on 5/16/18 has still has not been delivered. I left voice messages and emails to customer service with still no response. You cannot depend on this company and terrible customer service. Too bad because they have nice offerings.

I ordered Pattons hot sausage. Came late and thawed. Called company. They sent another package in perfect condition.

Ordered shrimp from them and when it arrived it was completely thawed and WARM. Needless to say I threw it out and called them. They sent another package and when it came it too was completely thawed----but cold. I will not be ordering from them again
