This company is great. A little pricey but worth it. Our installer James was amazing. Not only was he diligent and hard working but friendly and knowledgeable. The entire shower was replaced in one day plus he kept the house and bathroom very clean! The smell of the glue was a bit strong but we used a fan in the bathroom window to help it air out and the smell was gone in a day. Once James was done installing all the trash was taken away as well. If it wasn’t so expensive I would have them update all my bathrooms…the quality is great so you get what you pay for.

I set up the appointment for an estimate on a Friday via online. I received a phone call in less than five minutes of me hitting send. They was able to set me up an appointment the very next day. Eric and Justin that we installed our new shower was very informative. I truly believe the cost was outrageous but the salesman Tony talked my husband into it. I told them no more than $1,000 and several thousand dollars were in debt. So not happy about the 10 year debt were in. But well see hopefully it wont mildew and stain as they say. It was a shower installation but the cost was way out of pocketbook but they didnt care so now were in debt for 10 years.

We got a quote to do the shower and had to do the bathtub as well because of how it was built. Today we get a call stating they cant do th work because how the bathtub fits next to the bathroom cabinets and will damage them. They cant put in a new tub because the way it fits and they dont replace cabinets or flooring. We cancelled the job and will find another company that can fix our shower.

James, my installer arrived on time and did not stop until all was complete. When he showed up I asked if anyone else was coming he said no I am by myself. I was a little unhappy to hear that. Wow what a mistake on my part. I think if another body would have been there, they would have just gotten in his way probably slowing him down. James did a fabulous job!

I needed to get my elderly mother a safe walk in shower. “Danny” came to see us. He was ontime and highly professional. He told us what would be the best solution for my mothers disabilities. The shower took a little while to come in but I can’t blame that to them because of disruption in the supply chain because of COVID. When it did come in they installed it in one day. No mess at all! Cannot speak about this service. Received a call to set up an appointment to get a quote to replace a bathtub. Lady on the phone very nice and very polite. When I told her that my wife would not be able to be available for the appointment and I am the only person listed on the mortgage she was not able to set up an appointment. I decided not to use the service because I thought it was ridiculous that they would not schedule an appointment to give a quote without my wife being there.

Slow start on materials due to COVID 19. We signed up on May 30 and job didn’t start til Jul 13. Again COVID 19. Once the ball started office staff were very helpful. When our new shower installation began it was smooth. Our installers Matt and Caleb bent over backwards to get the right material and installing with perfection. Very courteous and helpful. I had Mike Betz come in yesterday to Give me an estimate of what it would cost to redo my shower with tub area and I told myself I was only getting a quote as I have other commitments financially to take care of now and was not sure I could afford to get the job done soon, but after 4 hours with me and my daughter’s intervention i was sold on the deal. The installer arrived at 9:00 AM and did not leave until after 11:00 PM. There was only one installer. I had to call Service the next day. The water faucet would not go past a quarter turn. The water was not hot. Still will not go past a quarter turn. I was told to turn the water heat temperature up. Everything in house is hot, except for this. The corner seams are uneven.The salesman told me there was a lifetime warranty on everything. Come to find out the caulking and water fixtures are not. One person told me 2 years warranty. Another person told me 10 years warranty.

He came to my home within 24 hours, diagnosed the issue and sent someone out right away to take care of needed repairs making our walk in tub usable until they could get the button needed to complete the job. We purchased a walk in tub from Max Home, LLC. First, the sales rep Scott was very professional and not overly aggressive. He allowed us sufficient time to shop other options and then we set a second appointment to make the purchase. He told us we could expect delivery and installation within 6 weeks.They actually delivered and Trey did the complete installation about 3 1/2 weeks later. The company called to confirm the appointment three days prior to installation. Trey arrived on time with 2 electricians, Maurice and Ramon. Together they did an outstanding job. I love this company. Clint came out because we wanted to replace our tub with a walk in shower. He gave us an estimate and said if there is anyone cheaper with tbe same quality materials we will match it. He was so professional and His manager talked to us right at that moment after we decided and welcomed us to the Max Home family. I was having other work done on the house and I got an estimate on the other companys walk in shower and it was cheaper. However, even though I wanted to go with Max home, there were certain add ons that the other company was offering at a cheaper rate. So I called and was going to cancel Max Home. Right away a manager contacted us and asked why and what is the other company adding in. On March 28, 2020, we were in Home Depot and approached by Brandy with MaxHome. We took a chance and setup an in-home sales presentation. Not knowing anything about MaxHome, we carefully listened and asked questions, then decided on making the purchase. We had shower and shower door problems, namely, the walls were not square and we needed a fix. We asked if that could be done and we were told it could. We signed a contract the next day, and about two to three weeks later, our installer, John Starr, showed up. Throughout the wait, I dealt with Lars Carson, and he provided impeccable service to me. When I needed to contact the office, I dealt with Erica Meyer, who was also very friendly, professional and helpful. I walked John through the project, which he had in his mind anyway, and went to work. He ripped out the old, and installed the new all within a few hours. We had to wait on our door, which would not be ordered until the shower was “built”. Due to COVID 19, we had some issues getting the door in a timely fashion, but that’s what shower curtains are for. I had a question about the shower head and valve, which we were not familiar with, and the Service Manager, Antoine Fernandez, came out to check on any issues and explain the operation. We were graced with Antoine’s services again when the doors arrived and he came out to install. I could not have asked for a better person. They might have an A1 team, but Antoine sure set the standards for Exemplary Customer Service, every step of the way. After his initial appointment to install, and having to re-order the door, he put my mind at ease and made the processes much more comfortable. He finally got the correct door in, showed up with it, and had it installed within a few short hours.If it were not for the Covid Pandemic delays in material, in my estimation, this project would have flowed even more smoothly than I observed.I cannot thank MaxHome enough for all of the assistance and Service that I have received from all of the staff in Jefferson, LA.My wife and I are VERY happy with our new shower!

Dont call or email them unless u wanna get calls for the rest of your life. I went to their website on Sunday 2 weeks ago and sent them an email saying I wanted a vanity installed in a bathroom. Got the first call Monday. They called and asked what I needed. I told them I needed a vanity installed in a bathroom, just like I had written in the email. The caller then said they dont do just vanities, did I need a bathtub or shower replaced. I told her no. She again told me they dont do only vanities. I said okay and we said goodbye. Now every 3 days I get another call from MaxHome reps asking me what I need done to my bathroom. They all say theyll take care of the problem of me being called since I dont need anything done that they do. Then 3 days later I get another call. Gee, seems like they could get that right if they wanna.

Takes two days for your money to go into their account from your bank, if you change your mind before final details are given, you won’t get your money back as quick. I am on disability and something else need money for now, over a week and I still don’t have my money back. Sales manager came out too void contract and all that stuff.

I had an old 45 year old tile walk in shower replaced by Max Home. The end results are great, but getting to this point was a chore. It took nearly 3 months from the time that I signed the contract till the job was completed. I did the demolition myself in order to repair any damage behind the walls. Max Home intended to demolish and reinstall the walls of the new shower in the same day, which I was not comfortable with. Some of the overall delay could be contributed to factory problems due to COVID and the odd size of the shower door, which had to be specially manufactured, but I feel that the ball was dropped in not keeping me informed. After the doors were installed by a different company, there was still some trim work to be completed by Max Home. I called and left messages on three occasions and received no callback. It was not until I suppled a negative survey that I received a call. I found that the price was higher than all of the competitors, but the materials used seem to be of better quality. The installers did a very good job and cleaned up after each visit. Overall I love the results, but it was a long, drawn out adventure.

The shower looks great so far, however it has taken forever and communication is poor at best! Still not finished as promised! I was told that when my shower door was installed that my recess would be installed the same day....DIDNT HAPPEN! The guy came and installed my shower door today (waited a month) and a 1/2 hour after he left I get a call stating my shower door had come in damaged. It just got installed!! Way to be on top of it! For the THOUSANDS I am paying...I expected better!! The salesman...who no longer works there...just days after we signed the contract...stated our shower would be done and in use after 48 hours of installation...NOPE...its been well over a month!! Do not recommend...especially for the price we are paying! Lets see you put this on your web site!!
