Xceptional Wildlife Removal is an amazing company to work with. I reached out to them when I found snakes around my residence. Jeremy came out and inspected my home the same day I called. He is the main reason I had such a great experience. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He not only inspected the outside of my home, but also my attic, garage, and a wooded area nearby. He explained the services the company offered and how I would best benefit from them. Before he left my home he laid traps and explained to me how they worked. Whenever I had questions or concerns he was always available by phone and I truly appreciated that. You will not be disappointed with this company. They are the best!

This company is the best company you can rely on, they are very professional,they educate you on the process before they even start, and they do an excellent job on getting rid of the bees. they repair the area that needs to be repaired where the bees came from, they also does an awesome clean up job, take the bees away and brings them to a bee farm instead of killing them, and they come back and check the area where the bees were to make sure everything is okay and that the bees are all gone and that the bees want come back, I recommend them highly Mrs. Landrum

Tim Borgardt was my representative. He strategically placed traps to capture rodents (squirrels) that were infested inside my home attic. Ive dealt with these rodents for over 10-15 years in my attic. As to be expected, over the last few years they eventually began to damage my home in major ways costing me loads of money. It was to the point it was either them or my family and I. Therefore leaving me no choice. Luckily I stumbled and called on Xceptional. Within a week or less, Xceptional solved a 10-15 problem trapping 5 of the rodents, yes 5.Tim came out EVERYDAY to clear the traps, and reset them. He was amazing, very professional, and respectful. He explained the process thoroughly to allow me to understand how these rodents function on a daily basis. He didnt just set traps either. There were levels to his set up. The squirrels chewed their way through my home roofing area to gain entry into my attic, exposing my home to not just squirrels but other wildlife (possums, raccoons, rats etc...)Upon completion, Tim patched the holes the squirrels made a mess of. Although busy, Tim kept me informed through daily communication on when he would come out. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy its customers, and with employees like Tim, its a sure win. I cant promise that when you call, youll be as lucky to get Tim, but with the quality of work provided through my experience with Xceptional, Im willing to wager whoever comes out, will perform XCEPTIONAL service. I will definitely recommend Xceptional, and should I need them again, I will not hesitate to give them a call.

Tim was very professional and resourceful when it came to taking care of our wildlife removal needs. We had a critter that just would not leave, and he worked with us everyday, for almost two weeks to ensure that our needs were met and the animal removed.
