I had an issue with my laptop, so i took it in right before they closed. The next morning they looked at it & called & told me it needed a new hard drive put in. They replaced the hard drive & I went & picked it up that day. Very nice employees working there, & reasonably priced to have it fixed. I havent had a problem with my laptop since & it is quick loading now when I turn it on. Thanks High Speed Computer 🙂

Helped an immense amount with my computer without even voiding the warranty. Were very informative and fair, and did a great job.

I dropped my computer and it damaged the hard drive. Of course everything was backed up on the hard drive. They were able to save must of my data, replace the hard drive and update my old tired processor. They really know their stuff and I ended with an old computer thats better than a new. Great job!! At a very reasonable price.

I brought my laptop in because it was soooo slow, lagged, etc. I thought it was a goner, and in literally a couple hours they made my computer work better than it ever did brand new. I have never had any work done here so noone has to point that fact out but I had planned on it until i had a bad experience and was treated horribly. My review disappeared and wouldnt repost when I tried to post a new review. Maybe if I as well as others who have given a bad review on here hadnt been treated the way we were we may have have actually allowed them to do work for us then we could have given a good review with 5 stars for a job well done. Treatment of customers or potential customers is very important. Just because you give a bad review doesnt mean your abusing Googles rating system. Its clear that this business does great work according to reviews. If theres a problem with the way customers or potential customers are being treated then start treating them better and you will not be getting bad reviews. Im giving 5 stars only because I dont want to be bullied again. I have a computer that I need repaired right now but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope you can handle constructive criticism this time which is. Treat others the way that you would want to be treated because the treatment of customers or potential customers is very important for business. My experience was about 1 year ago but Im looking at these reviews and I can relate to them because I was treated the same way. All I did was walk by throw my hand up and smile. I was smoking. I see here in one review where someone has an allergy. I was on the outside of the store. I saw no sign anywhere. I also didnt ask for the man to come out yelling and coming at me in my personal space in a manner that made me feel threatened in a physical way. If you have an allergy why come so close? Why even walk out the door? I am not psychic by any means. There was a ashtray post right there in front of the old location which should have been removed or covered to protect the employee with the allergy. Myself nor my elderly father deserved the way we were both treated. The computer that I need repaired right now doesnt have any nicotine on it either because I have since quit due to my own allergies so I do know what its like. Im sure your employees is much worse .There was a sign on the door that said wave for the camera. I thought it was a cute sign. I waved and smiled just being friendly as I walked by which would have only taken a couple seconds to pass if that man hadnt came out raising hellO .Im sure that this review will probably disappear too or I will get a nasty reply but Im honestly just giving constructive criticism here. When people call a business they dont think about asking/telling them that there computer is covered with nicotine or to ask about any possible allergies. They simply want their computer fixed. That is the responsibility of the business to inform customers beforehand. People arent psychic. Your replies and accusations of abusing Googles rating systems do reflect your character, which reflects on your business and your treatment of customers or potential customers. People have a right to give an honest review. If they werent honest then that would be abusing Googles rating system. Im sorry if this upsets you but your replies make you look like a bully and so did my experience. I would have given you my business on many occasions if it hadnt been for that. So would my father and my Boyfriend who witnessed the incident. We have gone through so many devices in the past year its ridiculous. Instead of having then repaired we just bought new ones. Wouldnt it look so much better on your reviews if youre replies were more along the lines of Im sorry for your experience. From what Im seeing here it looks as if you do very good work. People seem to be very happy with it. The only complaints are in the way people are being treated. If they had received a nicer reply theres a good chance they may have returned again to have work done or even edited their review because it would have shown that you cared. Now we have this pandemic to deal with. Cant afford to lose customers. 🙏🙏❤❤

I found these 2 men Jim and Dave to be the absolute best in all of Jasper, Alabama. I have tried other so called computer people who told me and charged me with Your computer is not repairable Dave told me these people were not telling me the truth. Well in just a few hours he had me up and running fast and smooth. I recommended a friend to them and she came all the way from Arab, Al and was immediately taken care of and now she is actually enjoying he computer. Prices are fair and truthful. Thanks guys. My mom had used Jims services months earlier, so when my computer stopped working we took it in. I was very impressed with his shop, it was SUPER clean and organized (unlike some others in town) Jim was very knowledgeable and professional! My hard drive was toast, so we opted to have him re-build my computer. He had my computer finished the next day and it was running faster than ever. We even bought a second rebuilt computer for our daughter. Highly recommend Jim.

I was just trying to get info on having a tablet fixed the person I talk to was almost rude to I felt as they just wanted rid of me I am not saying that everyone in this store is that way but because of the way I was treated I did not use there services. They may be good at what they do but because of the person that dealt with me made me feel as they were talking down to me and just wanted rid of me that is why I only gave the one star no reason a paying customer standing in your store with cash needing help should be treated that way!!

This was the first time I had to use a repair company for my computer and it was awesome. I had a broken screen and they ordered a new one and repaired it quickly and it was better than out of the box. The price was very reasonable. I will go back anytime I need a repair or if I need to buy another computer.

I brought my laptop in with a cracked screen. They ordered the part & fixed it in just a few days for less than $200. (Best Buy estimated $500.) With the money I saved I bought a laptop bag—conveniently available in store—to protect it from future accidents. Definitely will return should the need arise.

SMOKERS BEWARE !!Weirdest experience ever.The people at this business were very friendly and may or may not do good work, I have no way to know.I took my PC to them to have them diagnose and possibly repair. I drove 25 miles to drop it off and 25 miles back home. They called me (on my way back home) to tell me that my PC was a MAJOR health concern because it had nicotine in it. They would not work on it and It had to be removed from there building that day. I had to turn around and drive another 50 miles round trip to pick it back up.Apparently someone there has a allergy, which is fine. Completely understandable. Not warning the second class citizens that you will not work on our stuff is a complete waste of our time and money. 2 hours and 100 miles driven for nothing on one of my precious few off days. This is very irritating.Again the people here were friendly and the building clean and nice. Just beware of wasting your time here if you are a smoker.

These guys were absoulutly amazing. I brought in my laptop around 11 in the morning. They were very knowledgeable and told me what might be wrong with it and told me my options ahead. Turned around about 3 hours later they had it done. I will be going Here for now on.

Jim did an amazing job with two laptops of mine. I honestly thought they had seen there better days. One was so oldMac Book but it did work and the other was an ASUS a few years old but wouldn’t turn on. I’d take. The ASUS yo multiple company’s and they told me they couldn’t do anything with it. Well I found Jim and within 24 hours of getting them to him he was able to get what I needed of the Mac and completely fix the ASUS. Seriously the best people I’ve ever been to for computer work. When it is eventually time for a new computer or any other computer work I WILL be back. Thanks so much Jim!
