Our duplex was the nicest we’ve ever rented! The rooms were just the right size, the finishes are high quality, the lawn was always well kept and the Schroering’s are so wonderful to work with. I would recommend Schroering rentals to anyone.

My wife and I couldnt be happier with our duplex. Nearly new construction, everything is fresh and clean, and a nice quiet area. Easy walk to Bohnert park with walking trails, ball fields, and basketball courts. Landscaping is always well kept. After living here for over 6 months, we cant think of anything negative to say. A great experience!

We rent from Schroering Rentals and couldnt be happier. Our duplex is brand new, squeaky clean, and super energy efficient. We love the geo-thermal heating and cooling as it works very well and keeps our utility bill low. The duplex is also amazingly quiet! Never once have we heard the other renters through the walls.We absolutely love our duplex, its the best weve found in Jasper.
