The Undermount slides are great I got one installed yesterday works great. But there was no instructions with that I was a little disappointed about that. I watched a few videos and they were not right them self there was mistakes in those because I followed the video and I found two mistakes that messed me up but I made it work.

I needed some antibacterial wipes for my home and couldnt find any of the big brand names anywhere. I started researching online and came upon this company. The are a great company to work with, a company who actually still cares about customer service...even during covid (lets be real for most companies Covid has been a one-size fits all excuse to totally abandon customer care).I had an order that was damaged by the shipping company, which delayed shipping. Jasper sent me an email asking me if I wanted to order refilled immediately that I didnt see. I only realized the shipment hadnt come when I did an inventory count and realized we were desperately low on the product.I called Jasper to see what they could do. This has been my go-to place for PPE and pandemic supplies since the pandemic started because when other places had outdated inventory lists and would promise things they couldnt deliver Jasper industrial updated their information frequently and never promised anything they couldnt deliver. during the scramble for items during the spring their hard work and updating their inventory frequently was a lifesaver.even though they are not in my state, and Im in Wichita Kansas shipping is always on time prices are reasonable and I can always count on getting what I ordered.they go above and beyond and I fully support them. I find that their product prices are in line with other places and they do not engage in price gouging like other online entities with questionable inventory and shipping practices. this is a good hard-working company... give them your business

The dispenser works just fine. Two things to mention; there isnt any markings on the on/off switch to let you know before you put in the batteries. The box states it comes with 4 X AAA batteries, it doesnt.

Jasper Industrial Supply embodies what a medium-small industrial supply should be: capable of supplying relatively specialized materials (in my case, high end drawer slides for heavy-duty application), able to get them to me quickly, and if and when there is a problem (missing a set of brackets from the vendor) able to correct the problem immediately and without any red tape or dinking around with a 1-800 number. Matt had the brackets to me in a matter of two days, without complaint, despite the fact that it was a vendor error.Ill be ordering my workshop gear from JIS from here on out.

I received a link to purchase Lysol. ( the real Lysol). They have different combinations to choose from. I chose 3 12.5 cans and including shipping was less than what is sporadically listed on Amazon. There are also large containers of Purell so I can refill my smaller bottles.I had asked a question and was thoroughly surprised that I received my answer the next day. SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!!!! Well my order was placed over a week ago with delivery date of December 3. Shipped via the USPS. Now here on December 4 the shipment has traversed through three different USPS locations close by but now getting further away in a postal service odyssey. Contacted JIS but got a weak response. I paid a premium price for my order but seem to be getting a budget response and delivery. Hopefully delivery of this shipment will arrive before Christmas.Not sure I would recommend Jasper to anyone.
