I wouldnt even give this place a rating. They are horrible all together. They never answer calls and then when you do leave a message some time out of the 5 days they will give you a call back when they feel like it even though they say give them 48 hrs. How is this place still in business ??? I do not collect child support by the way. I have simple questions that need simple answers and these bozos cant even do their jobs.

Service has diminished over the years. Its a shame because this office could be more effective and could help more people get the back child support they are owed.I appreciate the help they did give and hope someone sees fit to better fund this department and to improve the training of the team who runs it. Not everythijng should be sloughed off to the Trust Fund number that dumps the call before you get to talk to a human.

Nobody is ever in the office so you have to leave a message, to which you MIGHT get a call back, probably not. My form has been on a desk for 3 months and nothing is happening, even though it was pulled twice to talk to me but still not filed. They will not give you a name or number for any supervisor when asked.

Recently found out that none of my workers over the past 9 years, yes 9 years, did anything to get my child support because it was an out of state case. My children never received a dime of their child support because out of state cases can be difficult and the workers couldnt be bothered. Im sick and heartbroken. Wish I could sue them for the support.

Was told the will not give me papers I need to recieve child support but they gave me a list of about 8 papers I had to go to the job center to print out. I didnt understand the papers orthe process so I call them back and asked for help they said they cant. Case gets transferred every couple a months to a new person. Never return phone calls. Whats the point of even having them
