I had a birthday party for my son on 5/26 of this year. I am a planner so i scheduled his party back in March. i assumed 8 weeks was plenty of time. I was emailing back and forth with Kaylee. After a few email exchanges we settled on 2:30 to 4 for a time. I called in to pay my deposit and also opted in for the extra package where the business was supposed to provide plates, cups, etc. as well as table clothes to decorate the room.I showed up at 230 on the dot to a dark building and was greeted by 2 ladies saying i was 30 minutes late and my party was supposed to be at 2. That was the 1st encounter of rude unprofessional-ism. Since they assumed i was late or not coming, nothing was set up in the gym, all of the bouncy houses were deflated, mats were put away. Once we established that i wasnt late, i asked if the party room was set up. i got blank stares along with, well there wasnt anything added to your order sheet saying you wanted us to provide the needed party supplies, mind you i paid extra for this service. My experience started off horribly and was a major stress. No appology was offer but only an excuse of Kaylee got married last weekend. How is that a valid excuse of more planning?Once we finally got the party rolling, we were very underwhelmed. I had assumed since i was paying so much money, that the ladies would have had some organized activities for the kids to do. Nope, they just ran around and played on a bounce house.I own a bounce house and have a park in my back yard. I paid $175 for kids to do what could have been free at my own home.I was still charged for the party flatware, which to me was mind blowing since the party wasnt even ready when we showed up. I was never offered even an apology for the disaster of a time we had. I am very disappointed in the experience we had.I will not be returning or giving a good recommendation for this company.
Love this place, would recommend to all my friends and family!
