From beginning quotes to the very end, we had a fantastic experience getting siding and gutters replaced! Jessica does their Ops and provides excellent customer service and clear communication. Cary is trustworthy and we appreciated his organized and detailed quote. He listened to what we needed and were concerned about and included those details in his estimate. Our crew consisted of Dave and Clint, and we couldnt be more impressed with their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Anytime they ran into a road block on our 100 year old house they had several solutions and were compassionate about treating our home as of it were their own. We are grateful for this team of professionals and will not hesitate to hire them again for future jobs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Ask questions about your contract before signing anything. I went with the highest bid on my job, believing all of the work would be done in the end. The contract was deceiving. Though I thought certain things were included I ended up nickel and dimed for them in the end.. There were areas that said all but in the end not all was done. Snow Jacks (a necessity on a metal roof) were mentioned in the contract but in the end I had to pay extra for all snow jacks because I didnt need them in areas listed in the contract, so I guess none were actually included. Be aware that jobs are hired out to subcontractors through this company. At one point workers hit my house (in a low hanging fascia area) with a work truck and said, Who cares, we are gonna replace it anyway even with damage done, it was not replaced but a hole/dent created was caulked shut. I signed my contract at the end or July 2020, the work was not started until the week before Christmas 2020, which was already stressful. This stress only got worse when the gutters were left off of my house until late spring when work began again causing water damage to my basement. With damage done to my property due to carelessness and bad timing, nothing was done to make it better, no apologies were given and a job I asked to be completely done in the end, (at the time of estimate I was very clear that I wanted the roof completed, meaning upper soffit/fascia and trim completion and lower roofing/ soffit/ fascia and complete home gutters and downspouts, so I didnt have to worry about this anymore) still needs work done due to bad wording in the contract and a lack of communication between the crew and owner. When I called to ask many times if the area Im concerned about was going to be conpleted I couldnt get an answer. After the job was said and done, believing everything was included in the contract to complete my roof and confirming that initially, I was quoted another price just to finish the job.

I’ve worked with All Exteriors Plus on two occasions: once for siding, roofing, installation of water heater and other exterior jobs. They did a fairly good job on the exterior. However, a few years later, I had them remodel my bathroom and it was, for lack of a better word, atrocious.Scott, the main remodel specialist, came to my home drunk every single day. He would be gone for hours at a time, either show up extremely late or not at all. I have a small bathroom and this was not a huge job. I told the owner, Cary about all of this and it was shrugged off.The drywall is still uneven, chipped, clumped on all of the walls. The sink was cracked when Scott dropped a wrench into it! I, again, alerted the owner of the company — nothing. It is still cracked. They did not replace my outlet, rather leaving the one that had been there for a decade. When he put it back on, after the drywall job, he plastered it in extremely crooked and I had to have him come back several times to “fix” it; to this day, it is STILL crooked.When doing the trim work, Cary brought a bright red piece that he’d found while remodeling another house! It looks awful.The drywall is the worst part, however, as I’d mentioned before. It still needs sanding even after Scott coming back over and over again.I would NEVER go with this highly unprofessional company again.

Owner is a super nice guy, just don’t expect anything else in your yard to survive. Totally ruined the landscaping, called and told him about it, all he said was that he had a report of them doing the same thing other places. We were not in a hurry to get things done and they were a week earlier which caused an issue with the new windows we still had on order. Never gave a quote even though he was asked for it more than once.
