This is a awesome hitch. All American made . You can definitely tell American-made to China made junk. Sometimes you get what you pay for. And let me tell you this is top of the line. No doubt about it.AAA+++. I definitely recommend it to anybody that is hauling any kind of work trailer or RV trailer . Its the air hitch with the sway control .

I ordered the Leer HF650 tonneau cover. I received it very quickly. It arrived just a few days after the shipping date. Although the box was slightly damaged and had footprints on it (most likely the fault of the shippers), there were no issues with the tonneau cover. My 11 year old daughter and I installed it in about 30 minutes. Works flawlessly. Im very pleased with the tonneau cover and with RHR. I would definitely order from them in the future.

This company is OUTSTANDING. I ordered a Leer HF650 for my truck, the product showed up and was in perfect condition. Months went by and the military decided to move me to Hawaii, small pieces on my tonneau cover broke and I finally got around to calling them. I spoke Candace who was very nice and respectful with customer service and she explained that RHR usually will not ship to Hawaii however because my cover was under warranty she said she would see what she can do. She asked me to take pictures of the broken pieces and the warranty. The label for my serial number was ripped off and broken, I sent the pictures of the broken pieces and the serial number not expecting to receive anything because of the way the serial number was. Less than a week later I received an email with a tracking number for the broken pieces and a few days later the broken pieces were replaced. Candace thank you so much for the best customer service and a very happy customer. I really appreciate this company and their commitment to customers like me.Thank you!

They have nice customer service but they walked us through which seat covers we needed to order (we wanted to make sure we ordered the correct kind for our make and model) and they were incorrect. Customer service was helpful and we got them returned and had to purchase another seat cover for our Ram 1500 2021 bighorn quad cab and they sell seat covers that you can’t even apply correctly for the backseat. The basically had zero resolutions for our issues and directed us to fia reps who also had no resolutions for the fact they sell seat covers that have to be strapped on from the back and our truck model doesn’t allow the seat back to fold up for installation. Pretty disappointed with the back seat covers. They don’t even have a place for the middle seat belt to come through. The front seat covers are nice. Spent a total of 5 hours installing. The instructions are pitiful! We had to watch people on YouTube doing it. But they’re is no hope for the backseat covers. Additionally they said you cannot return once attempted install. How do you know if they fit correctly until you start to install them?! Fia leatherlite seatcovers are nice but good luck ordering the right ones and being able to install them ….

I purchased the black contoured rack and roll up cover. I was missing 4 of the double threaded brackets that attach the upright to the top rails but I think that had to do with the delivery company possibly because one end of the box was taped up as if it had been broken open. I received the parts and finished installation. the customer service through email took care of the issue. The rack and cover look great and feels very strong. I didn’t want my Ford F-150 to look like a work truck and it doesn’t. Overall Happy with the looks and quality and price.

We received our truck rack this last week and installed it. So happy with it! We would highly recommend RHRSwag. Great customer service. They called and emailed after we placed our order to let us know it would be shipped out in a couple weeks. The rack was packaged very well.

Incredible customer service!

Very Good Experience with this company. Although we hit a service snag with Fedex which was no fault of RHRSwag, they did an excellent job contacting Fedex to help expedite the process. I purchased a Lomax trifold hard cover and it was money well spent. Fit and finish was on point and installation was truly a breeze. I would highly recommend both RHRSwag and the Lomax cover to anyone out there deciding on what to buy!
