The people of Ziebart in Jamestown are very professional. They have phenomenal customer service skills. Nick was very friendly and helpful. My car feels brand new. All in all a five star experience.

I purchased a 10 year rust maintenance protection plan here for a used vehicle. I only purchased this plan because the sales associate, Ritsau, said that I could get my touch ups every year at no additional cost. I found out a year later that this is not the case and that I would have to go back to this original location to get it done for free. I move frequently for work and now will have to drive 3 hours to get this completed or pay $79 at my nearest location since they are all franchises. This is not a honest franchise and I would avoid if possible. Ziebart in Binghamton, NY is a better option.

The did a complete ceramic paint coating. My truck looks next level! Paint just pops and no wax needed!Also had the Rhino Liner done in my bed and it is awesome. The amount of service fee and quality do not line up!!! I paid $161.95 for this !!! Poor me.They “tried to clean the carpet. I understand the salt being “burned” into material a bit. But the carpet cleaning job was poor.Also the leather interior looks and feels about the same as well.The stuff is really great in terms of being friendly. I expected better. But kind of the only place to go around here.

After Expressing concerns to the manager Nick he offered to get me in the next day to resolve my issue. I thought that was very considerate!

Skylar was very courteous, professional, and helpful with the entire process, from the estimates, to going over my options, and was kind enough to wait a little bit after they closed for the day to give me the rundown on the dos and donts with my vehicle to ensure that the service done today will last for a long time. I own a 2014 Ram 2500 crew cab since new that I have vacuumed occasionally but have not paid much attention to. My wife gave me a vehicle detailing service from Ziebart Tidy Car in Jamestown for my birthday. They got me in the next day. Just picked it up and could not believe the difference. The carpets, steering wheel, vinyl, door jams, everything in the cab looked like brand new.They told me that it would be as close to showroom condition as possible. They were spot on! I felt like I wanted to take my shoes off before I got in it. Had it not been for the snow on the ground I may have. Thank you Ziebart Tidy Car of Jamestown for a great birthday gift!!

Absolutely the worst Car detailing experience I’ve ever had. Paid $150+ for this company to do barely any cleaning. I dropped my car off at 11 and was told to be there by 4:30pm for pick up. I got there at exactly 4:30 and was told it would be 10 more minutes. I waited ANOTHER 35/40 minutes before they came out with my car. When I inspected my car, I noticed they did the bare minimum of cleaning. They didn’t vacuum well underneath or on the sides of my seats. They didn’t wipe down anything on the inside besides the cup holder and the front Dash. I found some dirt spots, I took a napkin & some water & the spots came out. I’d love for the owner of the company to explain to me why I am able to get these spots off and not the “ PAID PROFESSIONALS?”Yes I have pictures of the horrible job, but cannot post.NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT IS EXPECTED. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

Definitely not worth the 150 for the interior detail. It was basically like I paid 150 for a shampoo and vaccume... dust was trapped in all compartments still, cup holder still had crusty stuff a simple good scrub would get out. I understand my seats weren’t the cleanest but leaving basic stains still didn’t seem like they really did much at all. I barely noticed a difference sadly. Also I had a full 50 pack of water bottles I left in the trunk that was taken out and I didn’t notice it was gone until I was home. Not worth it to me.

I got my daughters Subaru undercoated last fall. Granted, it was an older model. But they undercoated it, actually wanted me to purchase the package that .you come back every year for I dont know....$ 500 ...its a business I know. Imagine my shock when her Subaru broke down this September, rotted beyond repair. I wish they had told me how bad it was ! I wasted that money getting it undercoated and I could have been more prepared for her car breaking down on her !

Ziebart of Jamestown is the only place I’ll take my vehicles to be cared for. Stop in and see Tim or anyone else of the Ziebart team of Jamestown NY . I’ve had my truck rust proofed and undercoated. And just got the Zgloss package completed. My 2018 Titan looks brand new all over again. I will definitely be returning for more accessory upgrades and truck care.

So if you’re thinking of undercoating/ rustproofing from Ziebart, think two or three times. I thought I was getting UNDERcoating, not all over coating, the overspray on the vehicle was horrible. The overspray that they did get off left bad scratching in the clear coat.I did take it back for review and Chad said they would detail the vehicle for me, that’s about it.I feel I can detail it myself and do a better job minus more scratches.Ultimately I made a $600 mistake.If you’re super fussy with your vehicle like some of us don’t have this done.I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am still in the process of trying to get this vehicle back to pre-Ziebart condition, every time finding more scratches to buff out.

I had an amazing experience with Ziebart and their outstanding service. I took my vehicle in for undercoating and midway through the day, my daughters school (a few towns away) called to say she was sick and had to get picked up. There was noone else available to get her, so I called Ziebart to see if my vehicle was done. My car still had 45 minutes before the work was completed. The manager offered to have one of his employees drive me the 20 minutes away to pick up my sick kiddo and back, at which point my car would be ready. The employee who drove us was friendly and kind and our overall experience would lead me to recommend them again and again.And my daughter still tells people about the big car she got to ride in. Good service good product

I would recommend the complete protection package to anyone who is serious about maintaining their vehicle within the Western New York region. I met with Dennis, set up an appointment and my vehicle was completed to perfection. Dennis and the rest of the staff at Ziebart are friendly, efficient and professional.

I had paint protection film and Diamond Gloss coating priced out and scheduled for the beginning of March. They called me to reschedule, due to their employee having jury duty. I reschedule for 3 weeks later ...fine. I drop my truck off last night and requested that after they buff and prep my truck, I be allowed to come in and be shown exactly where the film would go on my truck. They open at 8am.... I was called by 10:30am stating my whole entire full-sized pickup was washed, buffed, clay barred, and ready to view. When I get there, he is making nothing but excuses for why they couldnt get out scruffs and scratches on the hood, roof, etc. He stated that the film would cover it anyway. Yes, there are scratches from previous dealership details and the automatic carwash, but the truck has a whole 5,500 miles on it. Why would I want to cover up issues and not have them corrected? Unreal. Dennis is very nice, but that is all this place has going for it. They will talk up their services and are not able to deliver the results they speak of.

I have been with Ziebart for years. Without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone who asks and even those that dont :)They know their stuff - they are not going to push you into something you are not ready for. They do incredible work; down to the last puppy hair on your back seat. My Venza always comes back looking brand new and my Corolla still looks as good as new (and its 6 years old now). Ive had Ziebart of Jamestown work on many cars over the last 19 years. They have always been professional and done excellent work. Most recently they installed a hitch on our Outback. I no longer live in the area but come back occasionally and scheduled this work for one of those trips. They were kind enough to provide transportation to another appointment while they worked on our car and then promptly picked me up. Everything was perfectly on time and the work was perfect as well.

I have taken my 2016 Explorer Sport for detailing twice now and every time I get my car done it comes back newer looking and nicer looking than the day I bought it. I have even recommended friends and family to Ziebart and will continue to do so. I cannot thank them enough for the work they do for me.

I have done buisness with them in the past and received a highly recommended experience. I know throughout the years that personal will change and sometimes owners.If it wasnt for Tims background knowledge, friendly personality and recognition for Veterans, a long with a experienced staff member doing the work and such.. I most likely would have continued on my way along with my $$.I however am pleased with what was done and will be monitoring everything as the days go. Further details to come.A year has come and after looking over what I had done in which was a rust protection and a sound deading undercoat. I noticed that there are areas that were not covered by the undercoat and its definitely not sound deading. The rust protection is a very sticky substance that collects a lot of dust, bugs ect and looks dirty all the time. I am truly disappointed with the overall outcome.

After walking into Zeibart Jamestown for the first time Timothy Fink greated me and asked what he could do for me. I was there for inspection pictures, as I just changed car insurance providers. This is not a big ticket item but Tim treated me with respect and kindness. I was not pushed to buy every product Zeibart offers, just got a friendly reminder, during the inspection process, and I was on my way. I would recommend Zeibart, especially Tomothy Fink for all your vehicle protection needs.

Having been from the Massachusetts area its a different chemical that they put on the roads in New York. I shopped around and found Kyle and his staff online so I thought I would give them a try with my F-350. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable but it was reasonably priced. They told me to drop the truck off in the morning and they would get the rust proofing done and I also went with some window tinting while it was there. Great shop and great staff. Great job at interior detailing. Salt stains are brutal to get out and once dry you can see the ones they missed. NOT THEIR FAULT. The graciously got me in a couple of days later and redid the salt stains at NO CHARGE. I highly recommend them. I also have them do exterior as well and they always do a great job!!!

I received a gift certificate for a remote starter from Ziebart Installed and does make the winter mornings so nice to hop in a warm truck .I had trouble with my remote stopped in couldnt have been nicer fixed the problem and was in and out with a smile. I have also had a full detail which was such a treat after a long winter inside looked new .If you havent had the aquapell I recommend to everyone makes rain just bead off your windows.My experience with the Crandall Family is nothing but positive dedicated service and staff who work hard to make you happy and make all those vehicle issues a positive pleasant experience.

I have a customized van with an automatic lift. Not only is this vehical expensive but its not easily replaced. So it is of critical importance that this vehicle last as long as possible. As always, Zeibart was terrific! They are knowledgeable, fast and friendly. They always take the time to assess the vehicle and advise us of same. If needed they will recommend products to help the vehicle last longer. I would recommend them 100%.
