The nurses running the desk were professional yet personable, easy to understand, patient, and efficient. The doctor was wonderful...amazing bedside manner and very knowledgeable. The office was very clean and smelled good as well. I feel better today and I appreciated your service! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend your office and use it again myself, if ever necessary!

The staff here is amazing. They were extremely overwhelmed and busy, but they treated me with kindness and respect. The receptionist was simply AMAZING. I witnessed her dealing with a very nasty, rude patient. She remained calm and polite under tough cirmstances. She was highly efficient and professional and deserves a huge raise! She represented your business at the highest level of service possible! Every one I came into contact there was pleasant and professional. As hectic as an urgent care facility can be and now with Covid cases increasing I commend your staff on how I was treated. From walking in the door till I left I told the all the staff thank you for the job that you are doing.

The ladies that I dealt with were professional, caring and friendly. I was greatest as soon as I walked in and had friendly, interested interaction with the front office ladies. I was back in a room right away and was seen ASAP! The back staff and PA listened to what I said and even what I was trying to say without being able to voice it! Wonderful, wonderful experience! Everyone who was working yesterday, from the reception desk, to the nurse, to the radiology technician, and the PA, were so kind and caring. I came in after falling down stairs and was seen promptly and had x-rays within about 10 minutes of arriving, and a diagnosis and temporary cast within 45 minutes. Hands down the best urgent care experience I have ever had, thank you to all the staff.

While picking up cherries, I fell off the ladder and broke my leg. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and friendly making this experience a bit easier to deal with. It took less than one hour to see nurse practitioner to taking X-ray getting and putting my leg in a cast. These guys are miracle workers and making your bad experience bearable. If you need to go to get medical help, best place to go to get help.

Trying to understand why wellnow head office has decided to send Asymptomatic people with preexisting conditions and/or people over 75 years old away from their asymptomatic testing facility to the symptomatic testing facility... there is zero logic in this and just puts our most vulnerable population at serious risk. The service at wellnow is awesome and the staff is amazing, but the science behind head offices decision makes zero sense. The asymptomatic office is empty... the symptomatic is packed... please fix this.

The front staff are very rude. Expect for a patient to wait in their car for two whole hours. Like really. Yall need some custome service classes, and manners. Stop being rude to your patients

I was greeted professionally, but having to wait for 2 hours for a covid test was unacceptable. I needed to be tested to return to work after having symptoms. Would rather have gone to the Lakewood office, but was told they had no medical staff to see me.

I was seen promptly. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend.

Could not have asked for better treatment for our 3 year old daughter, on the 4th of July. She tripped on her soccer ball while playing in the yard and broke her leg. You guys were absolutely wonderful with her and made her feel so special! She loved all her prizes and told me that you guys said she was brave. Thank you for giving her such great treatment.

My daughter spiked a fever of 104 at 5pm. We live 15-20 minutes away from everything so I pre-registered online on their site. Got her there and they took her right in. They were SO incredibly kind to her and I. They explained everything to her, shes 5. They were patient and so sweet and it was what a panicked mama needed. I am so thankful to be able to go somewhere quickly, clean, and with people with love and kindness.

Finding a walk in clinic like yours was so special. When you have a problem of any kind there is stress but a visit to your facility can take that away because of your staff in how the welcome you and put y at ease. Thats before they take care of your problem with all the care and concern. As I told your staff I am from out if town but Well Now could be enough to help me move to the area

I went to this location on Saturday night at 7pm. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They did a great job diagnosing me (bronchitis) and finally I was able to get some relief with medication!

Every visit at WellNow has been a positive experience. Each person we have had contact with has been professional and efficient: the office staff, the nurses, the nurses in training, and the doctors. They have always taken the time to answer all of my questions, and they’ve provided me with not only the care I need but also with the kindness and understanding I look for from medical professionals.

When I recently had to visit WellNow in Jamestown, I was pleasantly surprised at how positive my experience was. Though it was a little confusing to figure out the correct process for getting an appointment (the website says no appointments needed but the door says otherwise and has a QR code for requesting appointments that did not work), once I had one set up, it was smooth sailing from there. What made my experience stand out was how kind the person behind the front desk was. I believe her name was Rena. She helped me figure out everything I needed to know and did so enthusiastically. After that positive encounter, I was taken to my room quickly and met by yet another kind staff member. I was in and out quickly with the answers I needed. Based on my experience there, I would recommend it to anyone.

The well now urgent care in Jamestown NY is wonderful. Great staff and they dont need a brain scraping for the covid test like other locations seem to do. I would definitely recommend them.

Had to visit Urgent Care in Jamestown Saturday morning to have them take out stitches in a laceration on my shin that had become infected. I’ve not had stitches for an accident ever in 64 years - let alone ever have a wound become infected. They were wonderfully professional and kind and now I’m on the mend! I see my Dr tomorrow but having urgent care there in the weekend relieved the stress!!

Snipped my finger using brand new kitchen shears pretty deep, couldn’t get it to stop bleeding. Went to Urgent Care, was the only patient there, was brought right in, assessed and stitched up all within about 30 minutes... was very fast, staff was friendly, and was happy with my whole experience.

Going to Urgent care is a whole lot cheaper then going to ER. The whole staff was very curteious. I didnt have to Waite long to be seen.I would differently go there again before heading to an ER.

Its a clean place, the front desk people are nice, nurses are nice. But the main doctor didnt give me any answers about why I was originally there. Wasted my time and Im not recommending them to anyone

We are so grateful for the amazing staff at WellNow, Jamestown NY. My 5 year old was bite in the face by our dog, it was in need of some care by a professional. Lauren was amazing getting us checked in and in a room within minutes of our arrival. Ginny Greene, PA assessed the wound(s) made a plan within 5 minutes. He required stitches (on his face) and as a scared 5 year old it took a team. Amanda, Jeremy, and Ginny were like a well oiled machine very calm, engaging and did everything possible to keep our son calm and safe. I am soooo thankful for them!

Horrid service, waited two and a half hours, they claimed they called me but never did, dude on the phone was extremely rude, said “it’s not my problem” “I have no interest in this conversation” when I asked what number they called, continued to berate me when I was speaking to a different person to handle the issue, refused to tell me what number they called and now had to wait 4 hours with a sick 7 year old.

Was taking directly back to the treatment room! The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant through the entire experience. In and out within an hour with labs drawn, medications sent and education provided.

Quick check in, seen quickly with very personable staff who took vitals, clearly explained the testing procedure. The PA ( not sure if that is correct title) spent time with me and explained everything. I was not there a half hour but did not feel like I was not heard or listened to.

I went to the WellNow Urgent care to have a test done and the staffs and physician was excellent to myself and my mom. They were very professional and very knowledgeable of the job. The environment was very clean and sterile for everyone. I enjoy my visit at WellNow Urgent care in Jamestown NY.

Dr.Green was wonderful, I’ve had a Reoccurring issue and she was quick to figure it out, treated, and Prescribed.She Treated the whole patient. I didn’t feel rushed, she took time to educate me about my condition without making me feel ignorant.I would seek her out if she left well now, I felt very satisfied when I left there. And doing much better today.

I was surprised on the quick-n-easy, in-n-out of the whole appointment. Had my first covid19 rapid test done, n it wasnt painful at all, just annoying. Got scripts for my sinuses. Yeah!

Got in and got my stuff done in a very timely manner. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. All things considered it went very smoothly, even with all the health precautions.

My 7 year old son, mother in law and myself went here last night . He was terrified, as we pulled in and While we were waiting. The whole entire staff working this shift around 6pm was absolutely PHENOMENAL. ( I wish I could remember their names of these 3 people! ) Very personable and he warmed up very quickly. They offered him m &ms at the end of this minor procedure and we couldn’t thank them enough. By the time we left on our way home, he told us he wanted to invite them to his birthday party (today) AND he wished “he could get hurt again so he could go back to all the nice staff”. In such a short amount of time they really impacted my son, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ive used them a handful of times over the past few years, but theyve always been fast and courteous for my medical testing needs.

The staff at WellNow urgent care in Jamestown are really friendly and give great care. I like that they have it set up with safety from COVID-19 by registering on line and waiting in your car. The wait was reasonably quick for the middle of the afternoon. I only wish they would put a few spaced out benches out on the walkway area.

Jamestown offices was very pleasant the receptionist was awesome they got me right in and took great care of me .exceptional service even with all that’s going on with COVID .5 stars .Earlier that day I went to the Lakewood One I made an online appointment it said to go in let them know I was there 10 min prior to appointment so that’s what I did nobody was inside waiting area understandably .I waited for her to get off phone she never took my name I tried to tell her I was letting her know I was there and was greeted with u are putting people in danger you need to leave and follow Directions on door receptionist was not very pleasant I left very sick and upset glad there was another option .

Super friendly, super fast, and super caring. I went for the first time the other day and I can tell you that is where I will be going from now on. They had me in and out in about 30-45 min. They were straight to the point of the issue without hassle and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They even followed up with a text 2 days later to see if I was was better or not. I would give 10 stars if I could, great job urgent care!

Daughter tested positive for COVID. The rest of the family had to get tested. Experience was good we all just felt that a lot of the PA’s and the nurses we talked to were very short and not in a very good mood. I understand that this is a very different situation then we are all used to but it’s your job! A little professionalism and maybe trying to make ppl feel welcome instead of being short like we are bothering them would help!!!!! David the PA. C- at best. My wife asked about rapid test and he decided to give her a snappy answer. Lol you make the big bucks act like a professional. “Doesn’t matter the test you take” blah blah blah! Laura is a D at best! Complaining about having to ask all the questions for COVID. When we were leaving I wished Laura a Happy New Year and she responded with a “IS IT”..... then we said stay safe and be well and didn’t get a response! But we will say that the whole brain scratching experience was worth it because of RENA!!! Rena thank you for your professionalism and southern hospitality! You are a joy to be around and your joy for your job and the ppl you are helping does not go unnoticed. The only reason we are at 3 stars is Rena! Hopefully some of Rena’s positivity and professionalism rubs off on the other ppl we had to deal with!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get my appointment - I had requested a COVID test. They had me wait in the car, not a very long time, and when they called me in, the waiting room was empty. They were obviously observing all COVID safety requirements. The people at the desk and who met me in the examining room were pleasant, competent and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back. (My husband also had a COVID test at the same place and they quickly diagnosed an ear and upper respiratory infection for him and sent him on his way with a couple of prescriptions. Much easier than seeing our own doctor, actually.)

They are very kind from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walk out. They get right down to business as to your immediate concern and youre quickly on your way with a course of treatment. I was seen right away for a company physical and drug screen. The physicians assistant Ginny was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful sense of humor! Shes a real asset to your company and the front desk girls are second to none! A real top notch place to go!

I decided to go here after being attacked by wasps over the weekend and my stings worsened throughout the day and Idecided Ibetter go to a doctor. Quick and kind service! Even during this pandemic. I was in and out within an hour and they prescribed me my medication quickly so I could pick it up almost immediately. The doctor I saw was very kind and soft spoken and showed he cared. If I ever need to go back I will not have to think twice about it because I know I will be able to get such good service.

My own primary would not see me I had been very sick for a week and had not gotten any better to I went to Well Now Urgent Care. I entered and was immediately taken back to a room. I had a flu test since I had already had a negative covid test through my work place. While waiting on those results I was seen by the attending Dr. My flu test came back negative. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and sinusitis. I had meds called intoy pharmacy a note for work and sent on my way. It literally took no more than 15 mins from entering the door to exiting and I had gotten the help I had spent the 3 previous days begging my parry doctor for. Great job and I would recommend any one going there.

I absolutely love this Urgent Care. Their staff, especially Jenny the doctor are extremely professional, straight forward and comforting. This is the only place I take my family and myself if we cant get in to our doctor and for emergencies, even though I live an hour away.
