This towing company was extremely nice and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about calling them with my problems. When I needed them, they were here in 10 minutes and while here picking up the vehicle, their employee was very patient and kind with my kids who, lets just say were being kids 😅😂, and even offered me more information about another business I was curious of. Theyre affordable too!! You just cant beat having all of these perks in one place. Highly recommend them!!

Car needed a battery, and the transmission was locked. Both Adam and Brian went out of their way to help me. Their kindness and professionalism was amazing. Jamestown is fortunate to have such Kind and reliable services.

They robbed me of money cause thier druver supposedly went and talked to the guy ats weitsmans and said they wont take a vehicle without a title when I myself went to weitsmans to findout if this was true and it was not then buteras procieded to drop the vehicle back off were they picked up from unprofessional very unprofessional

After 3 hours of waiting and no phone calls AAA reached out to notify me Buteras had cancelled my tow. Im not the only one this has happened to. While reading this it counted at least 10 other reviews that all said butera canceled or refused service. clearly this is due to the fact I was going through AAA. I dont understand how AAA is okay with carrying such poorly managed company on their services. Im sure after I take alll the pictures of these reviews to AAA they will consider removing Butera from the list of AAA certified companies. I called at 8:26 pm on 02/06/21 and it is now its 9:20 am 02/07/2021 and my car is still stranded in the middle of down town.

We were stranded on I 86. Called AAA, who in turn contacted Buteras Towing. Adam, from Buteras called us, followed up exactly as promised, and went way beyond the required service to make sure we were taken care of.We were brought to a Jamestown Service Garage that was able to fully take care of our problem . This was late at night and the follow-through, courteous service, was phnominal !! We were able to get back on the road safely the following morning after the necessary repairs - thanks to Adam of Buteras Towing.

More than fair price for a tow, very prompt and accurate timeframe, and the driver that arrived was kind and accomodating to my needs. If I ever need a tow again in the future Buteras is who Ill call.

Cheap reasonable and fast

Unprofessional!! AAA scheduled a tow with Butera’s Towing and the driver cancelled it because I was unable to answer the phone when he called. I had sent him a text that I would be there and he never responded to it. Half hour later he calls and says “I don’t do texting and I would have to reschedule the call. I rescheduled the tow and AAA used Butera’s again, this time an hour goes by with no call. AAA tried to reach them with no luck, and apologized to me because cancelling the service because of a missed phone call is not a valid reason. 3 hours wasted, never again!!

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! NEVER will I again try and even call them for a tow! First they told us 15 mins then they called back and said 30-35 mins. We ended up waiting an hour just to get a Ford Escape come to us saying they said we needed a ride. No. Then we canceled the tow and a few mins pass by and the tow truck pulls up that we already canceled. I walk up to him and said politely we canceled you guys because it’s been over an hour since we called and the right vehicle didn’t show up. This POS didn’t let me finish what I was saying and had the audacity to peel off in front of me and flip me off. How unprofessional this business is disgusts me. NEVER CALL HERE.

I just had my car towed from them on a Saturday after my brakes failed and I had to hit a snow bank. The tow truck driver, John, was very personable and very nice. They were super fast on arriving and he even gave me advice! Very fairly priced. I thought it would be a lot more. I will definitely use them if anything like that ever happens again! Very pleased. Thank you John!!😁

Fast, and reliable lock out service, and reasonably priced...

I was stuck after my car died 8 miles from home. They were fast on arrival, and fallowed the proper procedure for picking up my car via AAA regulations and guidelines.

The driver would not drve his truck in our driveway where my front wheel car easily made it. I veered of the driveway and got stuck in my yard. He said he could not drive on the driveway and then he left without saying bye or anything. We called Williams and the guy got me out easily. I will never call Buteras again.

Called AAA for them to come change a tire. Waited 3 hours and no one ever showed up. Wish I could give them negative stars. Never will have my business or any of my friends and families!

Tonight I waited for 2 hours with my frantic mother for a tow for her car. We were told, through AAA, that there would be a delay which okay that’s fine we understand. An hour later AAA called and said “Butera’s cancelled your tow.” They were not given an explanation and when we called to get one all we heard was “I don’t know, I don’t do the calls with AAA.” There was no sorry for the inconvenience or any offer of someone else to contact to find out the reasoning. Butera’s did not offer us a tow non-contracted with AAA, which we would have gladly taken at that point.Now I don’t know if this is because of how AAA reimburses and you just didn’t want less than what you would charge, or because of a real issue; but I am very disappointed. I was happy AAA was partnered with you because I had used your services before, on my own dime not AAA’s, and had great service so I’m not quite sure why tonight was so awful (especially when her car was broken down on the SAME road your business is located.)

My car broke down on my way to work at 5.30 am!!!! Bad day for me cause it was freezing outside.They came shortly from 20 miles away and helped me out...awesome service.

I was about to pump gas today at the Foote Ave Kwik Fill when I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called AAA and they got Justin W from Buteras Towing to come help me out. He was there within minutes of his initial call. I was back in my car in seconds. I just wanted to thank Jusin for his professionalism and quick response. Give this man a raise! He deserves it! I was passing through on my way home to Cleveland from a weekend at Holiday valley. Suddenly my SUV shut off. I found my young family, wife and myself stranded on I-86 in very cold weather. What a terrible feeling that was. I used my smart phone to Google Towing. Buteras were there on a Sunday in less than 20 minutes! They towed me to there shop and diagnosed my vehicle. It had a bad alternator and caused it to lose electrical power. The owner Jeff was called on his day off and picked up a new alternator from a local part store and had me up and running and on my way in less than two hours! Thanks again Jeff and the crew! Ive never experienced service of this magnitude...and the price was right to!!!

Last night I broke down 3 miles from town. AAA called Buteras and they refused to tow us back because we were outside city limits. Took us all night but managed to get to Fluvanna before it died again. AAA again called Buteras . AGAIN THEY REFUSED TO TOW US . This is NOT a friendly company that cares. They left us in the middle of no where and we had to get a towing company from Corry, Pa to rescue us 9 hours after the first call. Dont bother with them. They dont care even if you have AAA. Thanks for nothing!!!

After a snow storm they were incredibly punctual and saved me so much grief. Absolutely fair prices and very well mannered employees. Thank you!

Good service very helpfull

I called AAA, they said Buteras was coming out, and said I would hear from them within an hour. I called back in an hour, AAA said they were on the way, only would be 10 min. So I called back 30 min later, and AAA said the driver said it would be another 40min, because he had 3 tows and didnt know which order he was doing them in... So after more than 2hours of waiting, I told them to call another tow company, which called me with an ETA, and showed up in 15 min...
