I will never buy an appliance from Sears the rest of my life! I called three different locations for information, and never once got to talk to a live person. All I got was the automated system that just takes you around in a circle. I went to Lowes today Aug 17th and found a new washer there.

He has fixed our washer, dryer, dishes washer, and we have been satisfied each time! He has been rated as 5.0 and he deserves that rating as well. He is courteous, helpful and professional!
