Only needed my front two windows tinted in my Lexus truck... Did a random google search for tint places near me and CC’s came up, since it had good reviews I decided to call and make an appointment for 10am next day. I came in and met Chris who was more than courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. My wait time was looooong which was the only part I didn’t like, I came in at 10am but didn’t finish until 3pm for 2 windows, but all in all the experience was pleasant and the final result was great!!! I was very impressed. With everyone and everything about this company. I got there early and they were already wiping down the place with disinfectant wipes and giving the place a general cleaning. They did a great job on my windows! Nice sitting areas in separate spots, beverages and chips, just a nice chill environment. I wasnt able to just drop it off so they were cool with me hanging out and waiting. Everyone was super nice. 100% recommend. Price was reasonable too!

I made an appointment for 02/14/2020 for a morning appointment. I arrived and he immediately began servicing my vehicle. I was the only customer in the building. The facility is tidy, comfortable couch and television for entertainment. I arrived at 10:30 am and left about 1:30 pm. I am pleased. I may have to update with photos so that the results can be seen. I forgot to take pictures. Oh I felt the price for my 2018 Impala was reasonable. Thank you!

I had all glass covered on my Tesla Model S. Main purpose was to reduce the solar heat from the glass roof. The film did that!Very impressed with the quality of the installation. The price was within my budget. It was late in the day for pickup but I asked to come in the next morning.

BUYER BEWARE:Rating 1 star due to the fact that my family and I drove from across town to get our vehicle done. The quote was in advance (conversation screenshots) so all we had to do was drop it off. We arrive and he begins to calculate an estimate and I’m confused because we already discussed it however, I let him finish just to see what kind of integrity this establishment has. The only reason I believe our initial estimate ($380) at our arrival was DOUBLED ($660) was due to our appearance in economic status. I showed him our previous conversation and he declined to honor it so we left.

I had to learn the hard way. I went cheap got my car tinted, not to add -no real warranty.I remembered contacting CC’s first and the guy being very professional and informative but trying to save $40 bucks I went elsewhere.When I contacted CC’s again and explained my situation I was told to bring my vehicle by so they could give me a accurate estimate To remove the tint I had on the car and to tint it all over again.The estimate wasn’t bad as it should have been But the results are AMAZING! I went here because it was relatively close to my house and advertised warranty. I didn’t have any problems with the timing or customer service until after my vehicle had been serviced. My first complaint is that the warranty was not fully explained to me up front. After already paying him for the tint on all four windows and my rear windshield, I asked him about the warranty that is supposed to come with it. Only then did he reach under the desk and staple the warranty packet to my receipt. Upon further inspection, I realized that not only did he not fill out his portion of the packet but he failed to inform me that the warranty didn’t matter because I paid for 20% on my front windows. Had I been informed that it would void the warranty, I wouldn’t have chosen tint that dark. Later that evening I noticed that there were scratches in the tint on my rear windshield. I brought my car back to him and showed him the scratches. After explaining to me that it was caused by his tools, he told me that he would charge me $100 to fix it. Why would I have to pay you to fix something that you didn’t do correctly in the first place? The tint on my other four windows has been okay thus far but the rest of my experience has left me not wanting to recommend CC’s to anyone who asks. EDIT: changing this to a one star review because they try to discredit bad reviews by outright lying. Absolutely ridiculous.

He charge me 60$ just for ONE window, he said is because he had to do extra work to put the tint but he DIDNT, it was easy to clean and put on, he took only 25 min in total to finish and sad part he couldn’t bargain with me wen I say let me give you 50$ When at first he say 40$ BUT since he saw I got a nice car he say why not charge him high so he lost a customer and plenty more people I could of brought to him. Is the principal to treating your customers fair even when your shop look like nobody been there.

He fit me into his busy schedule to tint my Mazda CX-5, which he completed in about 1.5 hours, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was professional and also reasonably priced.
